Monthly Rentals in Seymour

Michael's cottage is situated in a lovely, bucolic setting on a wooded lot. It is the perfect location for a relaxing retreat. The house is laid out well and provides ample room for 4 people. It was bright and clean and clear instructions were provided to operate appliances and lights and accessing wifi. Michael was highly communicative and helpful. I definitely recommend a get-away there!!

We had an amazing time at Marybeth’s suite—it truly felt like a winter wonderland. Our kids had a blast "swimming" in the snow and "rolling" over the gentle hills. Every moment was filled with joy, whether we were relaxing in the sunroom, playing in the snow, or swinging outside. The time spent together as a family, along with our conversations with Marybeth and her family, was truly precious. We can’t wait to return in the summer!

This was a lovely rental and Sara was a great host! It had all of the amenities needed for a longer term stay. Quiet neighborhood, and immaculate privacy even while being right next to the host. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were perfectly functional for the size. My only (small) criticism is a somewhat odd layout; from the main entrance you go up a flight of stairs to the main floor, but the bathroom and kitchen are downstairs accessed via a separate spiral stairway. You end up going up and down quite a bit. This didn't bother me much but may be a factor for guests with accessibility considerations.

Love this place. It will be a year in March that I have been staying with Marsha. Wonderful family !
