We love the convenience and comfort of Jodie’s place. Perfect for my husband and I to stay as visit our son at Sewanee! Already scheduled our next visit.

Private, cozy, and welcoming! Sallie's directions made the place easy to find even arriving at night after a day of traveling. And the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything I could want!

We booked this for our Valentines weekend. It was clean, beautiful, spacious, and looked just like the pictures. We parked our car, brought in our belongings, and headed out to the Square. We visited many of the restaurants and shops within the Square and had a great weekend.

Super clean, comfortable, and close to town. Beautiful walking trails right outside the home. Bethany was easy to communicate with and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Joy was an amazing host. She is very friendly and responsive. The listing was amazing. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. It accommodated everyone in our group. The kitchen was very clean and with newer appliances. The apartment was very easy to find and plenty of parking.

Walk in to this new and clean place and you are showered with treats and eats! The host really goes overboard to please her guests. Wonderful experience!

While we didn't met Rachel we were greeted by Tom, the manager, and he was friendly and easy to get along with. During our stay we made a couple of requests and they were handled immediately. The building is old & quirky and a work in progress but the rooms are beautifully furnished and have all the creature comforts ( we got a tour !). Rachel and Tom are community minded and are working towards making Franklin House a vital part of the Cowan community. If you love small town adventures this is the perfect place to go ! We had a great time !

We had a fun, productive and welcoming time in Adam's place. We made only one request and Adam responded in minutes. Perfect location for what we wanted.

We were thrilled to find such a lovely home located so close to Sewanee’s campus for our short visit. Dennis and Lori were super accommodating on short notice, and great in their communications. We absolutely would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The kids never got bored for a second because of all the activities and games provided so we were really able to relax and enjoy our vacation. We would love to go back there again. Truly was a relaxing retreat at Waters Edge..

This property was lovely. Great location for going to lookout mountain. The road leading to the house definitely needs to be paved but it was clearly mentioned in the descriptions so it wasnt a surprise. Amber was very quick to respond to the few questions we had. She was great. The view was stunning. The weather was windy and cold so we sadly couldnt explore the property but we would love to come back in the future. Definitely recommend this listing.

Great place to stay after seeing a show at the Caverns. It's a quick walk or a less than a minute drive to the venue. Jordan helped out with directions to the walking path. One cool thing is that the place has art on the wall that you can buy via a QR code and take home with you!

Our first time to use Air BNB, and wasn’t sure what to expect as a newbie. It was a wonderful experience. Very nice home, all amenities as described. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and roomy. Plenty of games and activities for the little ones. Outdoors the area was beautiful, and the golf cart was handy for adventuring and getting around the neighborhood. Trees were turning, very colorful, and we saw lots of deer. We were there in off season, so the marina/pool areas were shut down, so can’t speak to them. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We wanted a little weekend get away and this was the perfect place! very quiet and peaceful! The amenities were perfect, firepit, grill and hot tub were exactly what we needed! A very short 5 mile drive to downtown Tullahoma for eating, shopping etc.

Amazing home! Perfect for our stay! About 20 minutes from the caverns!
