This place is perfect for peace and quiet. Alessandro and his family were always available for any questions and very kind. The place is exactly as described . If I had a question, Alessandro would respond very quickly. The place is in a good location, about a 3 minute walk to the bus station and a lot of restaurants and cafes. I highly recommend this place!

A magic location in a medieval village by the lake in centre Italy, 30 minutes from Rome. The house looks and is a little gem within the historic centre. All essential items are available, and with a touch of Italian style. Marco is very kind and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Grazie!

The apartment is only 5 minutes from the Motodrom Vallelunga. The apartment is modern and very newly equipped. You have everything you need - great kitchen, air conditioning and much more - free parking on the premises. Alessandra is very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out super easy. We have already stayed in their apartment for the 2nd time and can only recommend it to anyone who has an event on the racetrack in Vallelunga. We'd love to come back!

Loved my stay here, honestly wish I had stayed for longer as my partner and I only stopped in for one night. The town is lovely, kind people, great cafes, and beautiful lake. The home was nice: small and cozy. Drinking hot cocoa and watching Christmas movies was perfect here, and the kitchen worked marvelously for our small Christmas dinner. Only down side was that the wood stove was not operational, that would have been the cherry on top of a beautiful stay.
