Very kind host. The location, apparently isolated, allows you to reach many beautiful Umbrian towns. The house is essential, but cozy and satisfying. Great experience!

This lovely place was a luxurious stay! We loved the location up in the mountain forest. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything necessary for cooking, PLUS an electric cheese grater and a meat slicer!! Alessandra was a delightful and responsive hostess, responding immediately by phone or in person, helping us with directions and recommendations, bringing more paper supplies and even helping us with making coffee! The Fontanelle restaurant just up the lane was also an unexpected pleasure. We highly recommend this home!

We stayed in Giulio's apartment for New Year's Eve. Giulio was very precise in his directions and extremely kind and helpful; he answered all our questions in a matter of minutes. The apartment is clean, spacious and equipped with all the comforts. The area is quiet, very convenient to visit the villages near Foligno as it is well connected to the freeway. We recommend it without a doubt and we will gladly come back!
