Vacation rentals with a home theater in Seine-Saint-Denis

Location! We love Le Marais and anything you need us in close reach. Place de Vosges is beautiful and the metro stations were close. Wonderful restaurants all around. The apartment was nice to spread out and the theatre and sauna are unique features. The bedrooms are internal but that wasn't a negative as Paris can be loud and we didn't hear a peep and got the best sleep during our time in Europe and ever in Paris! Charles is wonderful host who was proactive and helpful and communicative and checked in on us. Will return!

I had a great time at Sebastien and Elise's apartment! The accommodation is very bright, with a modern and neat design, it offers a pleasant and warm living environment. The proximity to the metro is a real plus for getting around Paris easily. The accommodation is a 10 minute walk to Canal St Martin and Canal de l 'Ourcq, perfect for strolling or relaxing. The Pajol halls, further up the street, are convenient for drinks or eating. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located space!

Great location near a popular pedestrian street with many great restaurants. The building has an elevator and the terrace is a nice plus. Quiet and private, there’s an Alexa you can use (it’s in French but I was able to speak to it in English) and she provides wine, sparkling water, tea and coffee. Bridgette also was accommodating with checkin/checkout. And if you are lucky, you will meet her little dog who is super cute! Great place overall!

Great place with vibrant atmosphere. Large well furnished kitchen and a wonderful living room space. The ambient lighting and large projector were a lovely addition to the living space. Paired with a great sound system, it transformed the living space into a cinema like atmosphere. Would definitely book again if I had the chance to go to Paris.

This warm and cozy apartment was within walking distance to bus, rail, grocery markets, restaurants and more. The kitchen, while tiny, was functional and had everything we needed. We were 2 couples and found both the bed and fold out sofa very comfortable! Note that when there are 2 couples, the lounge becomes a 2nd generously sized bedroom and no longer a functional lounge. This was perfect for our needs as we only used the apartment to occasionally eat, sleep& change to go adventuring 😊 As for parking, outside the flat there's some free blue lined areas for evenings only until 9am. However if you head to the side streets near the train station, there are white lined (or no lined) sections with free parking. We did this on our first morning (15min walk) & left it there for our stay. The apartment, while a little worn, was perfectly priced for what it does offer. The host was friendly, helpful & a great communicator. We would happily use this apartment again if we go back to Paris!

We had a great stay. Perfect location close to the Eiffel Tower and minutes away from a metro station. Grocery store right across the street. Host was very responsive and provided local guide ahead of visit as well as a user manual on how to operate the appliances within the apartment.

We loved our weekend at Alban’s beautiful apartment. He has put a huge amount of care and creativity into every aspect of its design and functionality - it really is as good as it looks in the photos - and obviously really cares about his guests. It is only a short walk from the apartment to numerous excellent restaurants and bars, and it is perfectly located for exploring the heart of the city on foot. We definitely intend to return.

Impeccable house! Very clean, well maintained, the rooms are spacious and the cleaning was perfectly done upon arrival. The neighborhood is quiet, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside is the barbecue: it is charged an extra €40, but upon arrival there was no charcoal or utensils for cooking, not even a knife to cut meat or seasonings. So we had to buy everything ourselves, which is a little exaggerated given the asking price. Other than that, everything went very well and I recommend the accommodation!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Our group of 12 students &3 teachers from the USA had an unforgettable stay in Paris, thanks to this wonderful house. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to a major train line that runs long hours, offering us the flexibility to explore the city at our own pace. The house is spacious, with plenty of rooms & beds, ensuring everyone had their own space &the teachers enjoyed the comfort of private rooms. With three showers and two toilets, there was never any wait, even with a larger group. The house itself is welcoming & well-equipped, with ample lounge space where the students could hang out and socialize after a busy day of sightseeing. The projector downstairs was a huge hit, providing hours of entertainment with movie nights, karaoke, & Just Dance! We made so many cherished memories here. The icing on the cake was the house's proximity to the airport, just a quick 15-minute train. Having traveled to Paris with many student groups, this is my new favorite Airbnb!

Very nice welcome, it's really to be recommended, easy to access, close to the Porte de Versailles 10 min walk, local restaurant, bakery 80 meters for the morning extra. Fully equipped That's great!

The view is unmatched truly. See it for yourself! My only issue is the lighting in the hallway didn’t turn on which made for some spooky walks up to the door but once inside everything was lovely.

Highly recommend Michael’s Airbnb! Amazing location near lots of shops/restaurants, around the corner from the Moulin rouge! It was most gorgeous Parisian apartment, very good size, very clean. Michael was very accommodating and responsive any time we needed anything.

Wow this place is such a gem! Super clean, cozy, so much charm, great location, quiet at night, very friendly host. We had everything we needed, and more. The apartment has a great book, art and music collection. We were 3 people and didn’t feel crowded at all with one person sleeping on the living room pull out. The curtains were very cool. Sometimes you can hear the faintest sound of someone else in the apartment building playing piano (they play very well) and that was the sweetest touch. We noticed a group of elderly neighbors get together outside to practice qi gong every morning - even in the winter! Neighbors walk their dogs along the canal. It’s all very romantic. We also fell in love with the restaurant l’Atmosphere which is around the corner. Overall fantastic stay. Will absolutely return, thank you!

Ronan is a very responsive host and the directions to the apartment are very clear. The home is in a very well maintained and quiet secure residence. Clean, practical and very well arranged accommodation.
