Great view! Cool apartment! The staircase is a bit dark and the building is not modern - the apartment is really great for that. On the 32nd floor you can see all of Paris. Plus many restaurants and shops around the corner, a good connection to explore Paris. In addition, the hosts are always available and have helpful tips. The apartment is therefore a great place to explore Paris. We will be happy to come back!

I had a lovely stay. The size of the room is perfect for one person. Maria, the host, was always responsive and provided extensive step-by-step instructions on how to enter the apartment building. The apartment complex was also very secure, so I never felt unsafe as a young girl travelling alone. The bathroom is very clean and has a comfortable bed. There are lots of delicious restaurants in the area, and it’s a short walk from both the Champs Élysées and the metro station, making it very accessible. Finally, the view from the apartment was the highlight. I will never forget the beautiful view I had of the Eiffel Tower, both during the day and at night. I will definitely be back again on my next trip to Paris, I highly recommend it.

Thank you Yassine. We loved staying at your place for the duration of our Olympic adventure. The great location is the main thing about this property. Shops and great restaurants are on the doorstep (not to mention the fantastic boulangerie). Location to both the RER and metro is also great. Flat is bijou but has everyone you need. It was hot when we sulfates so we loved the air con unit. Very well stocked and the little extras were hugely appreciated. Yassine is super responsive when we had questions and was kind enough to let us stay a bit longer on our departure date. Thank you! 🙏

I recently stayed at Roman & Charlotte's place in France and had an excellent experience. The home was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. Roman and Charlotte were incredibly responsive and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. The location was also a major plus, being just a 30-minute drive from Paris, which made our trips to the city very convenient. I highly recommend their place for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in a big home near Paris, and I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed 1 week at Emilie and Nicolas's house, as part of a business trip to a living room at Parc Expo de Villepinte. The house is well located, 5 min walk from the RER, itself 3 stations from Expo Park. Big +, the possibility of leaving our van during the week in the garden. The accommodation is clean, fully matches the photos, well-equipped. In short, I recommend it 100%! We will come back without hesitation.

What a fantastic stay. Tarik is amazing, he met us on the day to personally welcome us and give us a tour. There was also some welcome gifts including a fruit basket, water, milk and coffee pods. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean with plenty of hot water for 10 guests. The playroom kept everyone entertained in the evening. We ran out of wood for the fire and Tarik went out of his way to bring more and at the end of our stay he helped the transport company locate us as his French was way better than mine. Terrific home and Terrific host 10/10.

it's a very nicely furnished and comfortable house, with tons of space and very high end appliances and TV. the hosts were very responsive. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A great place admirably appointed. The comfort is exceptional. I would recommend it in a second. We had a family stay with a family member having trouble getting around, and having an elevator in the villa added comfort for everyone.

Our stay was superb! Very close to all the attractions, metro, restaurants! Beds are comfortable , fully equipped kitchen. We felt like home away from home! Definitely recommend!!!

Host was so sweet! Met us at the apartment and was flexible after our flight was 4hours delayed. Baked us treats on arrival and departure. Ensured we had everything we needed for our stay and checked in with us regularly. Gave many recommendations including recs for our next destination as she has worked in the travel industry! Grégory was very proactive in communicating directions and helped us in person to check-in, so getting there was very easy. As a lot of reviews mentioned, the place was even better than the pictures, the Eiffel Tower view was beautiful, flat was spacious, warm and cozy and we really enjoyed spending time there after sightseeing in the cold. All electric appliances are high quality and very comfortable stay. Grégory also helped us keep our luggage after check out too, overall a great stay, would love to come back!

Everything was perfect. We were a family of 7 members. The apartment was big enough for us. The metro is 5 minutes away from the apartment. We enjoyed exploring Paris.

We had a great time staying at Nathalie's place. The apartment is very comfortable and cosy. It is within walking distance of the train station (about 15 minutes) and is easy to get to Paris. If you want a calm place to escape the busy atmosphere of Paris while still being within a reasonable distance of getting to the city, then this is a good place to be. I highly recommend it.
