What a great birthday weekend for my bestie! The home is beautiful and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The hot tub added the perfect touch in cool weather! We put this on our list of favorite places to stay! Our host Vic was very helpful, responsive and helped with any questions that we had! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

Booked this place last minute and Shelley responded right away and we were able to check in within 2 hours of booking. The place was so ready and welcoming once we arrived - to the music, the aroma, the cleanliness, the fresh dessert, all the lights were on, we were so impressed and never felt a welcoming so warm. I’m so glad we booked this place and I can’t wait to come back

It’s the kind of spot where after stepping in the front door and seeing the view through the windows you remember why you pack your bags and explore in the first place. It’s just beautiful. The house and all of the amenities were wonderful and the hosts definitely take great care. Just perfect. The view, the peace, the serenity, the unique geological formations, the Arizona flora, some very excited Woodhouse’s Scrub Jays, coffee on the deck, and the stars in the clearest of skies were the things we’ll remember from this little patch of Sedona.

Villa of the Rocks was even better than we anticipated! The surrounding area was incredibly gorgeous and the home was fantastic! Jennifer thought of everything and was very helpful at every turn. She gave us local recommendations and was super responsive! We had a large group (10 people) and felt like we had more than enough space. It was a wonderful trip and we truly appreciated Jennifer's help making it memorable!

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at a lovely home in Cottonwood with my husband, son, and our little dog, and it was absolutely perfect! Moriah was the perfect host—thoughtful, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The house was immaculate and beautifully maintained, with plenty of space for everyone to feel at home. One of the highlights was the spacious kitchen, where we enjoyed cooking meals together as a family. The neighborhood was so quiet and serene, offering a peaceful escape, and the location couldn’t have been better—just 30 minutes from Sedona! The bedrooms were charming and cozy, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. It was truly a memorable experience, and I can’t wait to return in the future. If you’re looking for a tranquil retreat close to Sedona, I highly recommend this gem in Cottonwood. Moriah’s hospitality made it all the more special!

This was such a great little place to stay for me a my girlfriend! It was clean and tidy and had amazing views. We woke up and were able to watch the sunrise every morning from bed!! Would definitely come back here :)

We had a wonderful stay ! The home is stunning and right near everything we needed . Our host was so great and helpful. We were able to have our groceries delivered since we arrived in the early morning and it was such a great help. The home was so clean, super large and perfect for our large group . I hope I get another chance to visit:)

This is one my favorite places I’ve stayed! The Airbnb was so comfortable and clean, cornville is a great little town with a couple good options for food and drinks. Kathryn was a great host, the property was so peaceful. I would absolutely stay here again.
