Family-friendly vacation rentals in Sedona

Watching the light change on the Rocks you can see from the porch is worth it on its own, but the lovely place and hot tub make it even better. We even got a nice recommendation for a massage from hosts. They were very helpful. Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Linda's Casita. It had everything we needed for our stay to be comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and condiments for our cuisine; the bathroom was rich with delicious lotions and bathing products; the bed was cozy with beautiful access to the lush backyard. We hope to stay with you again!

This place is even better than it looks in the listing! Drop dead gorgeous view, house very clean with everything you would need. Tim had great suggestions for local shops, restaurants and activities. My best friend and I really enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to return with our families in tow. Won’t hesitate to stay in one of Tim’s places.

Our stay at Quail Cottage was great! The pictures actually make it seem less spacious than it really is. The Airbnb had everything you would need for a stay in Sedona and more. My only rec would be to take some more photos that show how big the space really is! Very much enjoyed my stay and would happily visit again.

I can’t praise this place enough! We travelled with our son, daughter-in-law and 2 year old grandson for a long weekend to celebrate my son’s birthday. The house could not have been more perfect— warm and welcoming, lots of room to spread out, and a gorgeous yard with a playhouse and play structure for the little one. The toddler’s parents and grandparents enjoyed the spa and the gorgeous views. This magical place exceeded our expectations— truly a pleasure to stay in this family’s home which you can tell has been lovingly cared for.

Wonderful and quiet place to stay! Highly recommend. It has everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The pool is perfect during the summer months. Beds are super comfortable. It is a very bright house; sunlight comes in most of the day. Bring eye covers if you plan on sleeping in or wake up with the beautiful sunrise!

I was shocked to discover the full 10 acres was part of the deal! Pleasant surprise and a great weekend in a cozy place. I would definitely go back!

My husband and I stayed here two nights over NYE. I booked it solely for the sunrise coffee views and hot tub to star gazing in the evening. The host had coffee and filters available in the space along with full size shampoo, conditioners and body wash. The kitchenette was perfect for a two night stay since we hiked and just ate while we were out exploring Sedona. As other reviews stated, the main house is adjoined and is right at the pool deck but we did not see anyone else while we were there. The main house living room lights did shine outside and what I would say was the biggest bummer as I personally wanted the outdoor area to be light free to watch the stars from the hot tub. I did relay to the host that blackout curtains for the main house would be nice so maybe they’ll get those put in one day. Otherwise it was exactly what we rented it for! I would go back, great place.

This was the best Air BNB experience I have had. The description was spot on and the amenities were beyond what was described. Th vistas were stunning at all times of the day and night. The location was quiet and private but within 10 minutes of grocery store, etc. It was a comfortable 30 minute drive into Sedona. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless and very comfortable. There were no complicated check-in or check-out instructions. Everything was very simple and straightforward. Nothing was broken as is so often the case. We would love to return sometime for a little longer stay as there is so much to see and do in the area!

Great small place ideal for us! Quick in and out for a few days in Sedona. Missing something to clean the dishes with and only one day for the coffee. The office on check out had a great display of Native American jewelry and pottery. Well worth the stay!

My friends and I had a great stay here this past weekend. The place was clean, cozy and had everything we would need. We really enjoyed our time here. Loved the folder of recommendations and the parks pass. So nice!

Wow. Hand down the best place we’ve stayed. Perfect location on a quiet street. Home is beautiful. I’ve never seen a kitchen so well stocked. The master was very comfortable. Very good water pressure throughout. Living room furniture was very comfortable. Excellent supply of streaming services, books and games. Nice fenced yard for the dogs. Two good sized tables and a couple of grills. Communication was the best we’ve ever experienced as well. We will definitely be back!

Very well equipped kitchen. Spacious and attractive. Enjoyed grilling and the has fire pit on the patio.

One night over, met by Joshua to introduce us to his trailer and explain all. Quiet neighborhood one mile from Old Town, good nights sleep! Would do it again.

Michelle was a wonderful host! She was able to quickly address any questions and had the place clean and ready. I would highly recommend staying here - close to great hikes, grocery stores, and a wonderful view in the backyard.

What a wonderful stay we had at Tia’s place. Beautiful home, backyard and scenery. We spent most of the time by the fire pit, hanging out and having a few beverages. It was amazing.

Gary's place is a great location to explore the Sedona area and gain access to hiking trails. The house was as described and very comfortable and met our needs quite nicely. The kitchen was one of the better equipped Airbnb kitchens we have experienced for preparing our own meals--lots of dishes, pots and pans, kitchen tools, etc.
