A real gem - the house was beautifully well appointed, pristinely clean and in an excellent location. Natasha was really responsive and helpful, organising a later check out time for us at extremely short notice. The house is really well equipped and Natasha had also provided everything we needed for breakfast: milk, bread, butter, jams, tea and coffee. The location is perfect, with beaches and coastal paths minutes from the front door and lots of nice pubs and restaurants. It's a little noisy at pub chucking out time but earplugs were also provided!

First of all Jane was a wonderful host! Very easy to communicate with for checking in and out and very proactive in case I needed anything. The house was lovely. Exactly as described in the listing and had everything you need inside. The house was clean, warm and free of unwanted clutter. Overall a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely book again and recommend!

What a fantastic house with the most friendly host - Angela could not have been more welcoming ahead of our stay in her lovely home. We booked this house for a New Years Eve getaway with some friends and it was just perfect in every way, brilliant location, superbly kitted out and squeaky clean. Angela went above and beyond leaving us some welcome treats on arrival and sharing local recommendations for restaurants/pubs etc. The house itself is gorgeous and clearly a lot of love has gone into the renovations. This lovely house is perfectly situated in a fantastic location, offering stunning sea views. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the property is fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Ideal for large groups or families, I highly recommend this home for anyone looking to unwind in comfort and style.

What a great place to stay, had everything we needed and more including body & hand washes, tea, coffee and a pint of milk with biscuits plus toiletries if you had forgotten anything. Was very quiet and comfortable and just along from shops and restaurants. Loved Deal, we did lots of walking straight out the door, thank you Clare.

We had a great stay on the house, absolutely loved it. Everything was perfect, nice and cosy with all the essentials you would need. Great location with a lovely view of the harbour. Would love to come back again anytime the house is free. Richard was very accommodating as well to us with any requests we had.

We had a lovely break and would certainly stay here again. The flat is great and the location perfect with the beach, bars and restaurants all very close. Susan and Jo were great hosts, providing us with all the information we needed and being really responsive. Would absolutely recommend.

We had our annual family New Years get away and found this lovely house. We arrived and immediately after opening the door knew we had found a gem of a property! With four of the five rooms having en-suites, all with ample space and storage if needed, it only left a fight for the master which had a unique and beautiful en-suite. The kitchen was fully equipped and kindly the table was set up ready for us, which was among many nice touches they’ve done throughout the house. A kitchen diner/lounge area had plenty of room for us all to eat/chill and relax. Then without forgetting the large garden! With a child’s play area at the back and a hot tub for the adults what else did we need?! Ha there is also a swimming pool too. Everything in this house was to such a high spec, clean and not that we needed it but our host replied within 10minutes to any questions we had before arriving! Would highly recommend staying here, if it’s free when you’re looking, book quick!!

Nick is a great host - very welcoming and helpful with recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The accomodation was really clean, well-equipped, and imaginatively designed to make the best use of the space available. The location was perfect - it's a five minute walk to the beach and a short drive to Margate and Broadstairs. Would highly recommend and we hope to be back.

A delightful cosy cabin with sea views from the front terrace. We loved the holiday park facilities and the fact you could walk to the Zetland Arms pub on the beach in 5 minutes!

We had an enjoyable stay. The caravan was comfortable, warm and cosy (in a cold spell in January). Russel, the host, was very accommodating and communication was good.

Excellent stay - very large & spacious! The game room was a hit for adults & kids! The two kitchens were very useful too. Can't wait to come back in the summer and make the most of the large lawn & pool!

A great stay to celebrate Christmas with the family, by the fireplace, around a beautiful tree and nice little gifts as soon as we arrive! Nikitia was very attentive to us and even recommended several Christmas activities in the area...

We came back for our second stay at Beacon House and had a brilliant time! We would highly recommend this holiday home. The house is spacious and warm, you feel very cosy when looking out at the sea from the living room. Nicola is a great host, very friendly and quick to respond to any queries. We really enjoyed the walks along the sea front into Herne Bay for hot chocolates, kids can scoot or bike along the path, it made it a great trip all round. There is also tons to do nearby, this time we visited the Scalextric museum (near Margate) which provided a lot of entertainment and the Turner gallery in Margate which has a great space and workshops for young children. On one of the days we popped to Canterbury and visited the Beany museum which we all enjoyed. My parents also stayed this time and they enjoyed the local cinema in Westgate – just £4 a ticket! Thank you for a lovely stay, it's a fantastic home in a great area.

This house is wonderful. It is the perfect beach getaway. The rooms are all massive, the kitchen had loads of space. Took 2 mins to get to the beach. The best stay I’ve had.

Elizabeth’s home was comfortable and welcoming. It was a perfect location for late November walks along the coast with lunch and Christmas lights to enjoy in Whitstable or Herne Bay then returning to a cosy house. We (6 adults) all enjoyed the good size open and light space downstairs looking out into the garden from the kitchen. The beach hut and garden facilities would be a great bonus in the summer. Thank you for a very happy family weekend!

We had an amazing time at Mark and Sonya's place! It's beautiful, well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely reccomend.

We had the best time staying at Ben’s place. We’ve visited Margate many times and this place just topped off a great NYE visit. The place was even better than the photos and we felt at home immediately. The art and decor was stunning, beautiful design whilst also feeling cosy. Would love to visit again in the future. Thank you so much for such a great break!

We (group of 8 friends) had a great stay in Otter's Hatch/annex add-on (seven bedrooms). The place is full of charm and is well-equipt. It's a literal stones-throw from the spotless beach, so we took breakfast there each morning (folding chairs provided in the house). The whole experience was easy, relaxing and we all fell a little bit in love with Deal's many charms! Thanks Mary-Jo!
