Catherine was an excellent host, the property was great and she clearly went to a lot of effort to make guests feel welcome. Aside from covering all the basics, there were lots of small touches and great attention to detail that really elevated our stay.

Clare was incredibly responsive ahead of our stay and really helpful with the questions we had! Seaford on the Rocks is beautiful, really spacious and well decorated and such a cosy place to rest up at the end of a long day sightseeing. There was also an incredibly well stocked kitchen with all the utensils you could want to cook for a night in together. Plus a greatly appreciated hamper upon our arrival! Comfy beds, great WiFi, easy parking and plenty of places to go for food and drink locally. Definitely a fantastic experience. Maybe a half hour drive to Brighton but buses are also available nearby. For all you runners, it's just over a mile from the start of Seaford Beach Parkrun! & Additionally sunset on the beach is something you absolutely need see for yourself.

Pristine, spacious accommodation near the beach and close to wonderful walking routes. Lovely addition of a cinema room! Very informative host, thank you for providing such brilliant accommodation.

Well-appointed annexe v close to Seaford centre. Great kitchen and easy to park. The hosts were happy to let my young son use the garden which was nice. Would certainly stay again and my boy (fussy 3-year-old!) was very happy there - having the park/playground so close was a big win! The ice-cream place also helped keep him happy…!
