Mindarie is a great location. So close to shops and beaches. Wonderful holiday spent close to the family that lives close by.

Astrid is a charming woman and we found her place ideal for our post Xmas lunch. The facilities eg swimming pool, pool table etc were very popular. Would definitely come again.

Our stay was amazing, very relaxing and wished we had kept the extra night when we originally booked earlier in the year. We know for next time :) Amazing views from upstairs living from the dunes, the stars, the ocean with a little private island and the breathtaking Sunsets. My children loved the swimming pool :) thanks for letting us stay in this beautiful beachfront home :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Laura’s place. So peaceful and relaxing being close to nature. The house, garden and pool were exactly as described, so clean and tidy. My biggest surprise was NO spiders! This was huge for me, especially living in the bush. I was so impressed at how clean both inside and outside this place was. Beds were super comfy, house was big, everything you could want in a home away from home. I cannot speak highly enough of this Airbnb property.

Stayed there for 6 nights with my husband, 4 sons and 3 daughter in laws. Excellent location for us to visit our Australian friends at burns beach. very well equipped. The boys loved the pool and the BBQ. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Thanks Joyce for hosting us in what turned out to be a very hot week in January (44C - yikes). Even with those extreme temperatures we were comfortable with the ducted aircon during the day. Given its location the evenings were pleasant and cooled by the seabreeze. The house is very spacious and comfortable for the 6 adults our party had. The beds are comfortable and the living and entertainment areas were popular. The kitchen is very well appointed with plenty of everything we needed. We also hosted a dinner for 17 a couple of evenings without any hassles at all. The house is very well located with walkable nearby grocery stores at Alkimos and a short drive to plenty more just South in Butler. Thanks again for a wonderful residence to stay at and the great communication and welcome on arrival.

House was fantastic, thank you, one bit of feedback in regards to the house would be to put some sort of curtins or blinds on the kids room balcony door, the net curtin that is currently on there does nothing to stop the morning sun shining in at 4.30/5am and waking the kids. Other than that the house was lovely thank you. In regards to the location, I dont know if its the norm this time of year but the local beach is currently unuseable due to blue bottle jellyfish being everywhere, in the water and thousands of them washed up on the entire stretch of beach, making walking on the beach or swimming impossible with kids.

Great location. A few minor issues on check in, however the host was super responsive. Very clean house and met basic needs for a comfortable stay. Would benefit from some additional cookware, smart TV and/or some shade in the court yard to be able to enjoy the space more. Would happily stay again.

Joe's place was massive for our little family get away. we were all very comfortable. The house was immaculate and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Situated right across the road from the Country Club and Golf Course. Only a 5min drive to the River where we did some SUP and sand boarding. The pool table was a nice touch at night for a couple of bevies and some friendly banter. Will stay again

This was the perfect place for a few days away with extended family - 7 adults and 2 teenagers. Lots of space, and very clean and tidy. The upstairs front lounge room is very comfortable, has an amazing view and we spent most of our time there when not at the beach! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We opted to pay for linen to be supplied and this was clean with plenty of towels supplied for the group. Vince was very easy to deal with. We would definitely book again!

Amazing place, ended up enjoying it so much we add on a few days onto our trip. Can’t wait to come back same time next year

The house was absolutely perfect, it was clean, spacious and smelt lovely. Bec and Darren were amazing hosts with perfect communication with nice little extra touches such as drinks on arrival and allowing an earlier check in. The accomodation is so close to the train station, a nice park across the road, takeaways within walking distance and short distance to shops as well. We would definitely stay again.

Beyond 5 stars hospitality. Elizabeth tried to assist in anyway she could to cater our needs. Beautiful older style house, very comfortable beds, lots of sunlight and breeze coming through, truly feel the beach vibes. Just like in pictures. She arranged for portacot for our little human (even though we didn't get to use it) and delivered high chair too! big backyard out the back for our little human to run around, walkable distance to the lagoon.Elizabeth recommended local cafe and restaurants nearby. Only missing the internet where it was still on the check in details where in fact missing,but not a big deal for us. The amenities listed were spot on and MORE! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend her place to others.
