Large and comfortable place, very clean. Very convenient to all neighboring beaches. Close to downtown and parking under the house is always available. I highly recommend it to all guests.

Very nice and helpful host. Excellent apartment location, a ten-minute walk from the historic center. In winter, the heat pump is sufficient for the bedrooms and therefore an additional heating system (present) was necessary for the other rooms. I recommend parking in the nearby square and not along the road

Perfect cleanliness and hospitality, the garden at the back moooolto enjoyable in the evenings in company or in the afternoons looking for refreshment between lemons and palm trees. Everything was great... Bravo!!!

Marco's accommodation is a great starting point to discover Syracuse, very close to the bus terminal and the train station and the main attractions of the city, many restaurants and clubs in the area and excellent gastronomy with hot dishes right in front. The accommodation is very welcoming and functional, very quiet and in a quiet area. Marco is a very kind and polite host, generous with great advice and ready to intervene in any eventuality, we are very satisfied.

Apparently relatively newly renovated very old building. Simply and tastefully decorated. Everything works perfectly.

Very good for small children. Large areas to be on, good patio and great pool. Well disposed rooms when there are many, secluded but still together. We are very pleased!

THE GREATEST OF ALL TIMES We loved staying at Cesare and Cristiano's place. They made such beautiful renovation work, respecting the local architecture and local resources. The place is amazing for those who love nature and privacy. View from our villa to Noto to one side and to the sea on the other. Their property extends to a vast space and it is very well kept. Cesare and Cristiano are superb hosts, relaxed and easy going, always helpful. We felt in love with this place!

I stayed at Emma's place with my daughter, son-in-law and 2 young grandsons and it was the perfect place for a family! The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped for cooking all of the fresh vegetables and seafood you can purchase in the local farmer's market! The outdoor area comes with a great pool and an amazing view over the sea. We were there in February so it was too cold for the pool but it is beautiful to look out across the pool to the sea and we did have picnics by the pool. My grandsons had the entire outdoor surroundings to use as a playground and they had a wonderful time collecting snails and joining us for walks down the little lane at the bottom of the driveway. The house is close to Siracusa and Notta and we found a great spot called Cava d'Espica with an old water mill that is a "living" museum! We also loved exploring Old Town (centro historico) Modica The communication with Emma was easy and Saro the local housekeeper was very friendly.

It was great stay. The house is fantastic particularly the pool. Thank you to everyone who made our stay comfortable.

Very good stay spent with the family at Corrado's whose welcome and good advice was much appreciated! The accommodation is very functional and includes a beautiful swimming pool as well as a beautiful garden which makes it very pleasant after visits... It is also very well located, close to the main points of interest in the south east of Sicily . Recommended address without hesitation!

We stayed with two children for 5 nights at Emanuela's and felt very comfortable. The location between the olive trees is beautiful and quiet and the pool is fantastic. We received helpful tips for beaches and restaurants and had a really great and relaxing stay.

A really lovey & comfortable apartment on the edge of the best town to stay in the Baroque region. Adele is a wonderful host and there were lots of provisions, the facilities were great with bbq, log fires and a pool. Would not hesitate to recommend to all for your stain the area.

It was a great stay at Rosario‘s place. It is a quiet area but perfectly located for trips to the sea, to beautiful cities and other destinations. Especially for families with kids recommended. Our children loved the cat and the dog as well as the pool of course. Thank you very much!

We had a wonderful time at Gioacchino‘s place. It was clean and equipped like described. The best part of it is obviously the huge garden with all kinds of exotic fruits, lots of animals and a nice playground for the kids. Moreover, Gio is a great host, who gave us great recommendations and even organized a visit to a doctor, when we needed one. Definitely worth a visit

Robin was helpful friendly warm and kind! The house is clean and comfortable and the surrounding sea is perfect.

We very much enjoyed staying at this colorful place. Very interesting layout of the flat and just next to the beach which was a lovely experience to wake up to. Giuliana is very flexible and we highly recommend to stay at her place.

Ottavio's farm is a lovely place to stay and Ottavio and Elena were great hosts. The farm is in an industrial area but you don't see that once you are there. The location is convenient for travelling Sicily's east coast. The place was very clean, both inside our apartment and around the pool area which is lovely and well kept. Breakfast is included and you can choose from a rotating menu the night before and it is delivered to your door. Highly recommend.

We had a nice few days enjoying the quiet beach and the sunsets.

1 week stay for two adults and three children. The management of the rental is entrusted to an agency but we were able to be in contact with the owners from the days before our arrival. We find them to find them to find and be responsive. We thank them for their availability. The house is located a short walk to the beach. It's cozy with lots of amenities. The area is seaside and busy. We greatly appreciated the barbecue as well as the outdoor showers to cool off or wash the sand when returning from the sea. The inside of the house is air-conditioned, from the two main bedrooms, the third ( small room) can have a fan. The adjustment at the end of the stay included: sheets/towels+ cleaning + electricity+ tourist tax. (Important to know )

The apartment was comfortable, clean and quiet, only a short walk away from the gorgeous rocky coastline of Plemmirio and within a 30-minute drive from Siracusa, Noto or other places definitely worth a visit. Simone was the perfect host. He gave us several insider tips for exploring the beautiful region of South-East Sicily. We loved our stay.
