A cozy place in a quiet street yet very close to all the sights/bars/restaurants. Size just right for our small family (1 adult + 2 kids). Easy to find a parking. We visited in February - the house is equiped with 2 heaters - for us it was enough to use just one and only for part of the day. The garden is so inviting. We never met Diego but he was quick to respond via messages. Scicli itself is very pleasant and picturesque and close to other places worth visiting (Modica, Ragusa) and the beach is also within a short drive. Our time here passed way too fast!

We had a wonderful time in Salvo's place. It was exactly as described. A very convenient place to explore the region. The few minutes walk to the beach was a bonus. Overall a great stay and we love Sicily so we keep returning. Thank you Salvo for accommodating us.

Unique authentic house re-built with love and special attention into the cliff face. Well equipped kitchen for dinners in the comfortable garden with a lemon, orange and olive tree. Another terrace for breakfast and watching the sunset colours reflected in the valley. Cozy outside in October despite no direct sun. Most awesome shower on the planet. High ceilings. Beautiful knitted lace bed coverings and table cloth. Lovely co-host. We were three and there was plenty of space. We parked our car on the street with a 200m walk up to the house. With a very small car you can drive next to the house.

I stayed at Emma's place with my daughter, son-in-law and 2 young grandsons and it was the perfect place for a family! The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped for cooking all of the fresh vegetables and seafood you can purchase in the local farmer's market! The outdoor area comes with a great pool and an amazing view over the sea. We were there in February so it was too cold for the pool but it is beautiful to look out across the pool to the sea and we did have picnics by the pool. My grandsons had the entire outdoor surroundings to use as a playground and they had a wonderful time collecting snails and joining us for walks down the little lane at the bottom of the driveway. The house is close to Siracusa and Notta and we found a great spot called Cava d'Espica with an old water mill that is a "living" museum! We also loved exploring Old Town (centro historico) Modica The communication with Emma was easy and Saro the local housekeeper was very friendly.

I am a tried and tested Airbnb traveler and was very lucky to book this fantastic cottage. It exceeded all our expectations! Charlie is such an attentive host who warmly welcomes his guests and gives great tips on local restaurants and excursion destinations. The house with a large garden is scenic surrounded by olive trees quiet, absolutely idyllic on a small hill. The house, with both terraces, was more beautiful in nature than captured in the photos. Everything is very clean and artistically tasteful, decorated with Sicilian charm. We were particularly impressed by the spacious terrace overlooking the sea, the garden is a true retreat with Sicilian trees and fragrant herbs. An immaculately-equipped kitchen, with all the appliances, spices you need for cooking. Comfortable wide beds for sleeping and super fast Wi-Fi. We loved our stay at Alberto's. His house had lots of space, a beautiful terrace, and every amenity we could need including a clothes dryer. Being here in January, we also appreciated the heat in the home. After having been very cold in other homes in Sicily the last few weeks we appreciated being warm. The town was a great place to spend a few quiet days. We enjoyed a nearby hike, the beautiful town garden with lookouts and interesting museums. We agree with the other reviews that say Alberto was a super host, and enjoyed staying in his beautiful home!

Fantastic place! Great location and our family really loved Modica. Steep steps to get to the apartment might be a problem for people with bad knees but we had no issues. The place had everything needed for a family to stay at and Katia was great with communication.

Wonderful cozy apartment right in town with comfortable beds, a lovely balcony to have your coffee in the sunshine, clean and nice home. Hanna was very kind, communicative, and easy to talk with, responsive and friendly. Thank you! Highly recommend! So happy to be back in Modica.

a bright, light appartement. I loved the terrace with early morning sun. the bed was good. on walking distance from the beach club, where they serve fresh food. this was a tip from our host. we went in november, so it was very quiet.

We had a great week at Salvatrice's. Communication was perfect, Salvatrice very nice and attentive. The house was great and the padel square an absolute highlight. We will be happy to come back...

What a beautiful home. Adriana’s place is peaceful & with stunning views overlooking Scicli. The house is very well equipped, a great place to unwind & has everything you need for a great stay. The pool is just fabulous. We arrived late at night & had no food (there are no supermarkets open after 9pm locally) but Adrianna kindly let us use whatever we could find & a risotto was rustled up. Coffee, milk, toast & marmalade are provided for breakfast the first day which is thoughtful. Scicli is a beautiful town and we enjoyed our morning coffee in Chiosco 'a Funtana which has the best coffee ever - a gorgeous spot. Fresh fish from the local fishmonger is highly recommended too and the little vegetable kiosks by the coffee spot & fishmonger have every delicious vegetable you might need. Thanks Adrianna for being a super responsive & kind host.

I was surprised when I saw it in the photos, but when I arrived, it was a better space than the photos. Paolo was the best host I've ever met. Kindness is basic and was such a sweet person who is indescribable but wanting to get to know him like a neighborhood brother. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen were all clean, and it was a comfortable and comfortable space. It was quiet at night, so I was able to sleep comfortably, and in the morning, I was able to watch the sunrise from the rooftop while listening to the sound of birds. I want to stay a little longer on my next trip.

We had a fabulous stay. Both Denis and Katjuscia were really helpful with recommendations . The Villa is just outside Scicli which is a pretty town with everything you need. The pool and grounds were great , everything had been tastefully renovated and it was spotlessly clean. We would highly recommend . Its in the countryside so you definitely need a car.

The estate is very tastefully decorated in the traditional style, tons of space, great privacy, a real touch of the Sicilian countryside. The host was extremely responsive, on his recommendation we hired a local chef, Giovanna, who prepared memorable Sicilian traditional dishes for us at the location. Great location for daily excursions to Modico, Raguso, Noto, Syracuze, Marzamemi...

Beautiful place, quiet, surrounded by nature. Lovely hosts,friendly and helpful. Apartment super clean, exactly as on the pictures. You can order great breakfast or use local products to cook yourself. Swimming pool is great. They own wonderful dog .

It was a great stay at Rosario‘s place. It is a quiet area but perfectly located for trips to the sea, to beautiful cities and other destinations. Especially for families with kids recommended. Our children loved the cat and the dog as well as the pool of course. Thank you very much!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It is a relaxing laid back beach themed home away from home. The pergola outdoor eating area was our favourite part of the place to hang out and eat all our meals. It is only walking distance to the beach and local village and yet the place is situated away from the local traffic.

The villa is very comfortable and super equipped. Good location about 1.5 km from the nearest beach. Quiet neighborhood, although the house is right next to the road, it was almost not felt at all. The house is very large and consists of two large bedrooms with air conditioning and large beds and two small rooms with no air conditioning and a bit cramped. In addition, the living room has a large sofa bed. There is also a large kitchen with a dining room and a huge terrace outside where we spent the most time. Super clean pool with hot tub and sun loungers and garden swings. Very clean everywhere. There are two bathrooms in the house, and by the pool there is an additional third with an extra outdoor shower. Very nicely landscaped around the house. The kitchen is super-equipped with all the equipment. There's nothing missing. Bathrooms in good condition and very clean. The whole villa is great, but the best was the host Petro. I have not yet met such friendly and helpful, caring for my guests. Great. Highly recommend the villa.

Everything was as described. Very nice hosts who let us in the house earlier than 4 p.m., as we were also there with children. Can only recommend it.

1 week stay for two adults and three children. The management of the rental is entrusted to an agency but we were able to be in contact with the owners from the days before our arrival. We find them to find them to find and be responsive. We thank them for their availability. The house is located a short walk to the beach. It's cozy with lots of amenities. The area is seaside and busy. We greatly appreciated the barbecue as well as the outdoor showers to cool off or wash the sand when returning from the sea. The inside of the house is air-conditioned, from the two main bedrooms, the third ( small room) can have a fan. The adjustment at the end of the stay included: sheets/towels+ cleaning + electricity+ tourist tax. (Important to know )

Beautiful house a few steps from the sea, 5 minutes walk from the nearest cliff - 10 minutes from Maganuco beach, there is also a supermarket nearby reachable by car. Great location also for visiting nearby cities such as Pozzallo, Modica, Scicli, etc. The house is equipped with everything, impeccably clean and managed by very courteous and helpful people. Ideal for those like us who travel with a dog, having an outdoor space with a very large, well-kept and quiet garden, where you can also relax after a day at sea. Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful flat nestled in the streets of Modica. It is absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail is unbeatable. The apartment is super close to the center and just a few steps away from great restaurants and cafés. The view is absolutely spectacular!

We really loved the peaceful apartment near the ocean. The host was always available, there was free parking on the property very safe and we could wash our laundry easily. Would recommend!

The stay at Mauro's was beautiful. The house is beautiful, furnished, spacious and comfortable in the spaces and very clean. It is in a very quiet area but close to beaches and towns. Highly recommended.
