Our family had a lovely stay at Agriturismo Fondoliva. The surroundings are amazing and peaceful. Sara was really helpful and lovely that we could charge our electric car for free (7 amps schuko outlet). The pool was out of order (we got the info prior to our stay though) and the floor on the bottom floor was a bit cold but except from that our stay was amazing and we can really recommend Agriturismo Fondoliva to other guests. We are so glad we got the opportunity to stay in Pomelias place. It was Clean and Tidy, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and a very informative host. I hope we can revisit some time :) BR Johan

Beautiful place to stay. The sea view is stunning, the back terrace is good for grilling. There is even a pizza oven but we didn't use it. The pool is small, but well suited for cooling off and massage. The house was super clean and Chiara is very nice and helpful. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back.

This Villa is absolutely stunning and we had such a great time while there. The property is very modern and spacious and has all the amenities you could wish for. Paolo was a fantastic host throughout our stay, very responsive and helpful when needed. The area around the Villa is beautiful and scenic with the next neighbour half a km away, so it feels private like the whole valley you overlook is yours. We spent a fantastic week there with 14 friends cooking food, sunbathing next to the pool and playing games. Thinking about it, I just want to go back  5 stars!!!

I stayed here with my extended family for almost a week. It was just as described. We arrived later than expected and Lorenzo was very accommodating and helped us get settled. We were grateful for a well-stocked kitchen when we arrived as we had come straight from the airport in Palermo. Our favorite part of the house was the outdoor space. We enjoyed the pool and the grounds. We ate most of our meals outdoors. It was very peaceful! There is a small village nearby and it is an easy drive to Modica and other larger towns, too. We also took a couple of trips to the beach. Donna Lucata, recommended by Lorenzo, was a favorite. My 3 year old nephew really enjoyed getting to know the resident (outdoor) cat. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend arriving before dark as the last bit of the drive was easier in the light of day!

Oriana was a great host. She stayed in communication with us from start to finish and periodically checked in to see how we were doing. Even brought us a delicious homemade dessert towards the end of our stay for us to have. She was very responsive and courteous and made us feel right at home. She even let us have a later check out knowing we had an event the night before which worked out great! We will be coming back to this area again in the future and we definitely look to stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic experience where a lovely house in a lovely garden with a super swimming pool just plays together. We stayed 14 people, almost 5 families in the house, and it worked super well with everything we needed. Large lovely rooms with attached bathrooms. The beach is a few hundred meters away and is very lovely. Shopping is easy with lovely quality items just around the corner. The host couple are incredibly helpful and friendly. We can highly recommend Villa la Forma dell 'Aqua.

Manuela's house is very nice and spacious, the garden is very well cared for and our dog has also appreciated it so much, the veranda is a beautiful space, the pool although small is useful to cool off at all times, the sea is also really close to the house! Manuela's hospitality and attention to guests are worth more than just the place to stay. From the large tray of fresh fruit with which he welcomed us, to all the nicessaire for breakfast, games and colors for the children, equipment for the sea, we didn't miss anything. In addition, both you and your father were very ready to help us with any questions or concerns in a very short time. We'll be back with pleasure

Beautiful views from this spacious and well equipped loft. We had a really chilled time in laid back and pretty Modica.

Quiet location but still close to different historic sites, shows and beach towns. A Little gem.

A beautiful country house in the middle of nature, originally a farm and stable. Centrally located between Ragusa and Marina di Ragusa. Very quiet and idyllic with fields and trees, as well as overlooking the sea. Ideal for unwinding, but also ideal for hiking or sightseeing to Ragusa, as well as driving to the nearby sea. There is also agriculture, so you can also visit the farm located there. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend Agriturismo Case di Cutalia. In particular, nature lovers and nature-loving people will get their money's worth.

The place was easy to check in, clean, and the host was very accommodating. The brochures were also well-equipped, which helped me a lot with my trip to Ragusa. Important tourist points are also nearby, so I was able to have a pleasant trip. Best,

M.A.G.N.I.F.I.Q.U.E The building is splendid! Our place was extremely clean / Beautiful architecture and materials used! Air conditioning throughout the house, ceiling fans Everything is there to have a great stay For two weeks we enjoyed Sicily And Modica remains the most beautiful city for us: the big cities are very touristy a little too bling bling ... The splendid Etna, the very nice market of Palermo Rudia is very responsive always by email really a great host🙌!!! Very attentive and very kind!!! Downside of Sicily or Italy: they charge tourists for surplus on the bill (service, terrace, cutlery, surplus desserts ...) Look at your tickets before paying 😅😀 they should mention it initially ... some restaurants don't... it's at will... it's at will ... Anyway if I had to come back to Sicily it will be in Modica!!! Excellent flea market on the last Sunday of the month 🥰

Carmelo was a very helpful and accommodating host (we were able to communicate well with a mix of Italian and English). The property is located in a great location, in the small private courtyard you can have breakfast and enjoy the tranquility. Walking, they are quickly in the historic center and at various restaurants. A free parking is about a 7-minute walk away, which is also very convenient. Clean, nice and quiet place to stay with a very nice host!

Piergiorgio, a good and welcoming person, available and gives great tips for the surroundings to visit and enjoy. Cozy, relaxing and well-equipped villa with every comfort and services. Pool area? Nothing to object to. Recommended

A fantastic stay in a beautiful property. Everything you require to unwind and relax.

Chiara's tiny house is a real gem. It is located on a road in the middle of the countryside of SIzil. The house is nicely decorated and you immediately feel comfortable. The outdoor kitchen and the terrace are absolute highlights, we will remember our stay for a long time and can absolutely recommend the accommodation to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. It should be noted that this is a semi-detached house,so you share the outdoor kitchen and terrace, which did not bother us as we had very nice neighbors. In addition, you should like hard mattresses:)

Our stay at the botanical oasis in Donnalucata was great. Exactly what we needed to refresh and have a good rest before the start of the new year. The place is great for everyone who wants to escape the reality for a bit, ideal for events, creative process and meditation. Very clean, comfortable, cozy and in a quiet area with beautiful surroundings and one with the nature.

Amazing place to spend your vacation time (also with children). House has all the neccessary stuff for long term living and the view is amazing for evening wine tasting on terrace.

Our whole experience with Villa Clara has been perfect! This stunning villa really gave us everything and more than we expected. Prior to reaching the villa, we had some delays whilst travelling. Everything was more than accommodated for, nothing was trouble and they wanted to make sure we arrived safely. On arriving, our host met with us so we could be guided to the villa. We were met by three family members who were very friendly. They gave us a tour and showed us around the land and told us of everything that grows there. The landscaping is immaculate and the olive trees are just wonderful. It was a truly welcoming and homely experience! We were given Clara’s number should we need anything whilst we stayed. We messaged a couple of times and got very fast response s which we were grateful for. Olive oil from the olive trees that had been harvested was gifted to us. It really was a nice touch and olive oil was the best I’ve ever tasted. Thank you for making us feel at home x

It is a villa that rent one floor and let the other for a business school. The pool is also open to other house, so privacy is not total. However we spend amazing days there and the house and the pool is so clean, with high quality stuff and decoration and very confortable rooms, the views are awesone and it is so quiet, we just miss some food basics at the house as oil, salt etc, however we would come back with any doubt. Finally point out that the comunication with Denis the host was so fluid and he gave us lots of recommendations of the area.
