Carl and Erich are excelent hosts. Very comunicative and pro active. The AirBnB is exactly as shown in the photos. Large rooms with lots of natural light and a great view into the coutryside. Overall the apartment is spacious and well maintained, if a little lived in. Our group of 6 adults and 2 kids easily fit without feeling cramped. When we asked about missing bowls and a disconnected TV, Erich quickly solved both problems. A slight downside is that there is only one bathroom and one toilet (but this is mentioned in the description), and the floors are cold since heating is via radiators (slippers are provided). Plus side is the calm and quiet location, and option to order fresh milk. All in all a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Another very nice stay! The apartment is great, you feel right at home and welcome and the courtyard is so beautiful! 🤗 The apartment is bright, the kitchen has everything you need, we slept well in bed, enjoyed the bathtub - it was a great time all around! We will be happy to come back.

We were able to enjoy a great, relaxing stay over New Year's Eve at the property! We were immediately warmly welcomed and shown everything. The surrounding area is very quiet and invites you to take nice winter walks. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the steam room due to a defect. But for us, the sauna was the most important criterion! We can definitely recommend the place and maybe we'll stop by again in the summer:)

We 100% recommend the place. It is so cozily furnished, we felt comfortable immediately. Rarely have we had a place that is so well equipped. There is even a stair gate, fireplace guard, high chair and stool for the bathroom (extra bed and baby bath are also available, but we did not need them). There is a speaker and the kitchen is also superbly equipped. It was sparkling clean and the many little things (welcome gift in the bathroom and welcome drink in the fridge, etc.) made it perfect. The kids loved the cozy bed in the living room, my favorite place was the wingback chair in front of the fireplace. :) We were very grateful for the many excursion tips from Micha. He was always available. Especially the hike to the Polsterstüberl was a great excursion for us as a family. Thanks for the wonderful time!!!
