We spent great days in the accommodation, which served us as a "base camp" for hikes and bike tours. Mathilde is a great hostess, and we can really recommend the place.

Great stay overall. Exactly as advertised

Martin's apartment is spacious and cozy. We were two couples with children and since we came in winter we found the house well heated and comfortable. The view is very nice, the area is very quiet, the street is well maintained and we had no problem reaching the house even on the last stretch of road which is a little narrower. Martin was also available when we notified him that we would arrive in the evening, we communicated without problems. Nearby we see the horses that Martin has and also thanks to the good weather to go out in the sun to admire the beautiful view of the surrounding area. For those looking for tranquility but at the same time want to arrive in 20/30 minutes to Bolzano and Merano, the apartment is highly recommended!

Everything was quite fine and pleasant to stay there. Beautiful house and surroundings, easy access to the bus stop and Spar supermarket. Just a minor thing, our apartment was large and the WIFI was not that strong in the bedrooms to cover the signals.
