We wanted to spend 5 days on New Year's Eve in the Merano area, and Tyrol was a great compromise. We never moved the car, comfortably in the courtyard of the apartment, as thanks to the AltoAdige Guest Pass included in the price of the overnight stay we could move to Merano via bus 221, which runs every 15 minutes. Also walking to Merano is very convenient (less than half anhour if you have a trained leg). Micheal, and his whole family, were very welcoming and helpful, never intrusive. A real homemade Airbnb, a staircase away from where the host family lives!

We enjoyed it all around. The location is great, the balcony super sunny and the view great. The apartment is tastefully decorated and leaves nothing to be desired. For two people with a dog it was big enough and just super functional. The kitchen is small, but there is really everything. Even a dishwasher that wasn't mentioned in the description.
