Our stay was great from walking in the door! The house is so inviting and homey feeling was very relaxing. Mary and James were very helpful with all check in instructions and having the house ready for when we got there. After traveling all day we didn’t want to stop to get groceries so having the breakfast options for the morning was so helpful, thoughtful and delicious!! The kids (and adults) loved having the horses there we would go out and visit them every morning and night! I could go on and on about how amazing our stay was, we definitely will be back to stay again.

Great location, awesome view! Very clean and lots of room for the kids to play. This was our second time at the BIRD HOUSE and we’re planning another visit in the spring! Great place… highly recommended. Mel and Chris are super hosts!!!!!

Lovely home, located in the beautiful Pennsylvania country side. Ann stopped by for a visit, and is well versed in all the local events and restaurant's in the surrounding area. We attended a wedding at the Woodhaven Event Venue. The house is within walking distance of the venue with the added bonus of crossing the covered bride at the bottom of the hill. The house is beautifully furnished and we had no issues cooking our meals and also took advantage of the fire pit located in the back of the house. Thanks Ann and Richard. I highly recommend you check this place out if you are looking to spend some time in the area.
