It’s a gem, this appartment. Quiet with a fabulous roofterrace and in about 30 Minutes you are in Matera. Owners are quick responders and gave us usefull (diner)suggestions.

We stayed 4 days in Matera, in this very nice and cozy house. It is located in the heart of the historic center literally next to the cathedral, convenient location for all trips. The house is very clean, tidy, and there is everything you need and also some extra precautions from the host, such as a welcome cadeau. Paola was always available and nice to us, always responding very quickly to any request.

Beautiful characteristic apartment. Large rooms and two perfect bathrooms. A little cold and humid despite the heating, but the stones of Matera are like that. The kitchen is a little small and poorly equipped. Great experience.

Excellent location - perfectly situated in the Sassi of Matera with amazing views and centrally located to all of the sites in ancient Matera. Patrizia was extremely helpful and communicative. We hope to visit again soon and stay at Patrizia's place!

I stayed at Francesco's place with his friends from December 13 to 15. The apartment was perfect as a really central location compared to the sites to visit. Great decor and condition of the house. Francesco is an extremely helpful Host and has helped us a lot with his advice. If I go back to Matera, I will definitely repeat the experience.

The beautiful apartment with high-quality and rich amenities and sparkling clean lies in the center of a small, sleepy mountain town. The location is especially interesting because of its relative proximity to Matera. The area is quite mountainous, which could not stop us from cycling trips, without e-bikes. The only drawback is the non-existent parking space on the premises. Although we were on site at the end of September, it was often difficult to find a parking spot nearby. Nevertheless, we would like to come back anytime!

It was a wonderful New Year's Eve lived in the White House. Mary and Claudio are super friendly and available from arrival to give us various directions and suggestions ( also to find the accommodation itself). Staying inside the historic center ( Sassi) of Matera is a privilege and doing it in a house in such excellent condition, very clean and with a kitchen so equipped with various utensils was perfect . We were able to spend a beautiful New Year's Eve with our puppy 🐾 Gianni and the couple of our Canadian friends. Thank you again! Super Recommended 😊 If we come back, I'll definitely look for this living solution again.

What can I say, great experience and Antonio and Giusy are very helpful! Also flexible on checkout, having allowed us the opportunity to leave for an hour later. Spacious and pleasant apartment. The pool is nice. Very good hospitality.

We were very well received in the house of Mrs. Tina and Mr. Vittorio, very polite, kind and helpful people. They welcomed us warmly, explained the characteristics of the apartment well, made us find the necessary for breakfast and the basic things they serve in the house. We stayed for Christmas and we were very happy to find the house adorned. The apartment is large , very comfortable in a quiet location, with ample parking. Underneath the house is the bus stop downtown, 300 meters away there is a bakery and two supermarkets,pharmacy, a tobacco bar,a grocery store. Consider that having stayed in winter, we could not enjoy the beautiful pool and garden. We recommend thisapartment to stay in Matera. Surely the next time we come to Matera , we will be happy to return to Domus Angela

The loveliest house and the sweetest hosts in Italy! We were welcomed with the most amazing lunch of icy prosecco, various delicious dishes based on local produce from Puglia, as well as soft and tasty freshly baked cake. We had informed the host that we had a child of 3 years old and a 6 month old baby, and when we arrived, they had made sure to prepare changing pillows, high chairs, toys and toy blanket, hair bucket, crib, etc., so we had absolutely nothing to think about ourselves - to the very great pleasure of the parents. In addition, the host bought the sweetest gifts for our oldest child of 3 years when we checked out after 18 days in a luxurious and safe environment. We often had contact with the hosts, who really made us feel welcome and comfortable. They provided local recommendations for places to eat, sights, etc., and helped us book a table at a lovely local restaurant. All in all an unforgettable stay! 5 stars to Ottavio and Margherita. We will definitely be back!

a magnificent historic property fully modernized. immediate parking. perfectly centered and walkable everywhere, pharmacy, dentist, city hall and of course the Patisseries and fabulous restaurants. Fabi is a gracious and responsive host. I'll be back for certain.

It is a lovely home and Anita is a delight! Homemade goodies arrived for breakfast and they were delicious. We will definitely return!

The place is really nice, well appointed and the view is amazing. The morning, really plentiful breakfast basket is also a real special feature. The location is great for exploring the Sassi, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. We parked in a paid parking garage about 10 minutes away. For four people (+ dog) we can absolutely recommend the apartment. Each has complete privacy.

The stay in Matera was simply perfect. The accommodation was cozy, well cared for and equipped with all the necessary amenities, with a wonderful and unforgettable view. It consists of two apartments with individual entrance but connected internally, making it very convenient for two families . The location turned out to be strategic for exploring the city and its wonderful Sassi. A strong point was Anna's hospitality: friendly, helpful, and ready to provide useful advice. A beautiful experience that I highly recommend!

Very beautiful bnb - spacious private apartment with a large living/dining/kitchen space and a large bedroom down a short hallway. Super clean, modern bathroom. The decorations and furnishings in the apartment are beautiful. The location is perfect - just 2-3mins walk from the historic 'sassi' district, which is a sight to behold! The hospitality of our hosts was outstanding. We arrived a little out of town via bus, and Vita and Giuseppe came to pick us up and take us to the bnb. We were able to leave our bags there prior to check-in, which made our 1 day in Matera much easier. I cannot recommend this bnb highly enough! Vita, Giuseppe, Maria and Luigi were the most wonderful, accommodating, and friendly hosts!

We had most amazing visit. Our hosts were very accommodating and wonderful. I would definitely recommend this stay! The bed was so comfortable, and the shower was spa like! There was so much to see and do just steps from this location.

The accommodation is lovely. We visited the Puglia region with great pleasure leaving every morning from Laterza where the accommodation is located. We had great pleasure in the evening living in the heart of this city , dynamic, welcoming, festive with many restaurants and fabulous ice cream parlors. We keep this address just in case! Thank you
