Monthly Rentals in Saraphi District

We have stayed over a month and Jin was a perfect host. She and her lovely parents helped and assisted us with any need we might have. She helped us renting a car, gave us a ride when she headed to the downtown. She was very kind. We work remotely so the garden and balcony was a peaceful place to work. There was some construction noise during the day, but at night its very quiet. If you are planing a long stay and want to be away from the city you should definitely consider Jin’s house.

I stayed in this lovely home for a month, and surprisingly, going up and down to the 5th floor without an elevator wasn’t as challenging as I had expected—except for those times when I forgot my car keys and had to go back up! Since it’s an older apartment, I noticed a few ants at first, but they responded very well to ant repellent, so I was able to enjoy a comfortable and pest-free stay. I also loved how the lighting could change colors, allowing me to create different atmospheres depending on my mood. The water purifier in the house was incredibly helpful, and all the essentials for daily life—a coffee machine, a hot pot, and more—were well provided. Above all, Jin is an incredibly kind and thoughtful host! During Chiang Mai’s air pollution season, he even went out of his way to bring me an air purifier himself. Thank you for making my time in Chiang Mai so special and memorable! 😊

The Cyngam Resort is a truly unique place to stay and experience the delights of Chiang Mai. Whilst it’s in a pretty rural setting it’s still only 20 mins via Grab taxi and a 25 minute walk to local restaurants and shops. I’d describe the accommodation as ‘shabby chic’ full of rustic charm and character. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable although we did experience some noises in a couple of the bedrooms from the pool filter. We also experienced recurring problems with the hot water to the showers although the fantastic Aor and her team did their very best to resolve the problems as best they could. In fact, the biggest positive of the resort was the friendliness of the staff and the hospitality and support given during our stay and also via prompt communication before our arrival in helping us to plan our week. I would definitely recommend Cyngam for those looking for a unique way to stay in Chiang Mai

The house was exactly like the pictures. It has 3 large en-suite bedrooms, all beautiful. It was very spacious, quiet and private. There was access to a pool and a gym, usually we were the only people there. There is 24 hour security at the gate, and the guards were very polite and friendly. Bill sent us a list of local amenities that was helpful. We hired a scooter for the duration of our stay, although the grabs are reasonably priced to get into the old town. There was a Thai restaurant and some local bars that we walked to. Overall we would recommend this accommodation and we would certainly come back if we were in the area again.
