Monthly Rentals in Sarandë District

We stayed for 5 nights . The apartment is spotless, quiet and spacious. The bed is very very comfortable. It is on ground floor. Kristina is super friendly and responsive. We arrived in January the heater/AC unit works very well for us. The hot water for shower is great. The location is quite central you can walk to the promenade in 5 minutes. I will highly recommend this place to anyone.

Shqiponja's place was spotless and has a very clean energy. It feels better than the pictures. Shqiponja is a very attentive host. She lives close-by and if there is ever an issue she addresses it immediately. Spot is a 3-5 minute walk depending on how fast you are. Great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Private garden with plenty of basil. The apartment also receives a good amount of sun through the windows during the day when the sun is out. Thanks for everything Shqiponja!

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was even more spacious than it looked in the pictures - wonderful high ceilings and lots of light with the sliding glass doors. The wraparound balcony was nice when the weather was warm (I was mostly there in the winter months, but autumn was warm). There is a very nice partial view of the sea. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the kitchen amenities I needed. The washing machine worked great. The wifi was very good and strong. It went out a couple of times (the whole local area) but was back up shortly. This was important for me, as I spend a lot of time online. The property management person was wonderful. He was always responsive to any questions I had, and got back to me right away. I felt very cared for. The location is nice. It's uphill from town, but not too far. There are a couple of grocery stores about a 10 or 15-minute walk from the apartment. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay. Recommended!

We loved our month long stay in Chris’ gorgeous, super clean apartment. The location is amazing with an incredible view of the water from everywhere in the apartment. The building is right at the end of the promenade, where you can have beautiful walks on the water and stop by numerous restaurants and cafes. The bus stop to Butrint/Ksamil is at the building, for easy day trip access. The unit is very quiet and super comfortable. The bed and couch are among the most comfortable we’ve experienced at our 20+ Airbnb stays. If you’re an expat or nomad, Saranda’s expat hang out place is at the base of the apartment building. (Buzz Bar, which has many activities and is not just a bar.) We greatly appreciated the well equipped kitchen, working elevator in the building, and the efficient heater for the few colder January evenings when it was needed. In addition to the apartment, Chris is fantastic. We can’t recommend this apartment highly enough. 5+++ stars!
