Mrs. Rosemary and Mr. Luiz are educated, receptive and helpful. They were always on standby when needed. The house is beautiful, the pictures can't get through how cozy and complete the house is! The House was impeccable for cleaning, utensils, furniture, etc.. The condominium is amazing, safe, clean, quiet and beautiful!! You don't have to leave it for nothing! It's Complete! Location is really privileged, easy access to the beach! The beach is clean, has legal services and is beautiful! We will definitely return!

The house is exactly like in the pictures. Espaçosa, clean, organized, large pool with great depth. We had cleaning in the pool every day. Full kitchen, all rooms have air conditioning, all rooms with fans. The house is in a very quiet part of the condominium, no noise, no mess. Fátima responded to us quickly, very attentive, it was super flexible with checkout, we will definitely come back more often.

Excellent option in the Address of the Beach. The house is quite wide and super well maintained. The swimming pool and the barbecue space are great for the integration of the family. I was in Jan/25, and as it hits the pool all day, the water stays at a very pleasant temperature. Anyway.. I hope to resume!!!

Our stay at Arminda's place was wonderful! From the first contact, she was very helpful and flexible. In person, the presentation of the house was even more friendly and willing to help with whatever it took. Your place is very nice, you have fully accommodated everyone, and you have impeccable cleanliness. The open area with the pool and the small orchard below entertained us a lot during our days. We plan to come back!

Gostei's stay has a great location, close to the beach, the house is in a super quiet gated community for family, attentive host, I recommend!

Excellent place, it is the second time we go and always everything is perfect, flawless, clean and large house, always meeting our expectations, Denise very kind and always ready for our doubts, a wonderful person.

I went with my family and we love the place! We took three dogs, which were super comfortable, since the area is all surrounded. Only in the part of the dam there is a more open space, which requires attention with pets. The house is rustic but comfortable. Although it needs maintenance at some points due to age, this did not hinder our stay. The barbecue, both from the pool and home, is excellent, and the wood-fired oven is a highlight! The space is large, but the staircase leading to the dam can be a challenge for those who have difficulty in locomotion. The pool is cozy, and the dam is amazing for swimming, although it is deep, so care is needed. The kitchen has basic utensils, but it's good to take yours. The stove is great, as are the beds. Do not forget bedding! There is a little bar near the house that can buy some basic things. It is a great place for those who want to disconnect and enjoy nature. Sure, we'll be back!

André and his wife were very attentive and kind. The apartment is wonderful, with the differential of having 3 suites. The location is otima, close to the beach. The condo is perfect, with tennis court, beach tennis, heated swimming pool, toy library, gym ...everything they published and in addition they made available 2 p bikes to wear. On the beach is not Guarda sun, it is a tent. Amei! I highly recommend it!!!

The amazing local district, the condominium is wonderful, it looks like a club. The staff are extremely friendly. The ease of being close to the beach was a positive point, especially with children. The beach is very quiet, we spend incredible days.

All I have to say is thank you to Kitty for sharing your space! The place has incredible energy! I also thank Alessandra and Mr. Paulo who welcomed us with great affection, answering every question promptly and giving every possible information. The house is beautiful, well-equipped kitchen, wonderful pool, everything very well taken care of! What I liked the most was the privacy and the silence... everything conveys the peace needed for a few days in paradise. Although my tim cell phone had no signal, nor did I care about it, since I took the opportunity to disconnect a few days! If I could give any suggestions it would be air conditioning and wi-fi supply, but only to make the perfect one better! I thank you in the heart and surely get the taste of wanting more! I highly recommend it!

We had incredible days at Mariliza's apartment. The location is perfect, literally standing in the sand with a wonderful view. And the hostess always very polite and requests. I recommend with my eyes closed! We will definitely return

The Apartment has a wonderful location a few meters from the beach, you can do everything on foot you do not need to take the car out of the garage, the place is wonderful super quiet great to enjoy with friends and family. We spent NEW YEAR'S EVE and it was amazing Guilherme is super attentive answered all our questions. The Apartment matches the pictures in person we were even more delighted. View from the wonderful balcony to the Sea, Clean, spacious apartment perfectly accommodates the 8 people, the 3 bedrooms are very large, fully equipped kitchen we do not miss any utensils. The super attentive concierge staff, access to the apartment is very quiet there is no bureaucracy. I highly recommend anyone who's not going to be sorry.
