Fabio is great, very good at responses. Provided local recommendations. A beautiful shopping mall is literally across the street. The studio apartment is a great size for a couple. My favorite part was the large balcony to sit down at the end of the day. Getting into the apartment is very easy. Facial recognition at the building entrance and key-less entry to the apartment itself. If you will be in this part of Sao Paulo, I highly recommend. The building has a small gym with cardio machines and 2 beautiful pools. The only warning I can give is that you should probably come to this unit with a car or be prepared to use Uber (the metro is 20 - 25 minutes away by car). Besides the mall, the neighborhood is more car friendly than a bustling area for pedestrians.

The roof is exactly like in the pictures, the space is well organized and clean, the pool was clean and catered to the need of my family. The apt is close to Adega, market, butcher, the helpful trustee, Mr. João answers all doubts promptly. We will definitely return. were perfect days.

The stay was very quiet, very spacious house, easy to access town. Ana is always very solicited and friendly. The house is very large fit my family comfortably, everything we need for the barbecue barbecue in the house. The house is beautiful and the pool wonderful.

Nike's home is great for a large group! The house is simple, clean the large and cozy rooms! The feel is from home to the countryside , a getaway in the middle of the City!
