I only have compliments: very comfortable, well-equipped and furnished accommodation, with all the necessary utensils; very well located (close to the subway, shopping malls, restaurants, etc.); very helpful and polite hotel/condominium staff; kind and helpful host; great value for money.

Very well structured space, with clear rules and daily cleaning. Perfect for long stays like mine, which were for two weeks.

Looks just like the pictures & very comfortable. The staff in the lobby were very friendly & helpful. It is a suite with a nice view & is located in the Matiz Manhattan hotel. The noise from the street can be heard very easily (traffic, construction, etc) so that should be a consideration for light sleepers. We would stay again.

I rented this apartment for my family to stay for 10 days. It was 6 people and everyone was quite comfortable. The apartment is great, the rooms are of good size and because it is in a flat, it has daily cleaning service, which is great!!! Joelma was very receptive and always responded very quickly to our messages. We had a problem with the 2 bedroom conditioned air, which were not freezing, but Joelma promptly arranged for the maintenance and cleaning of the machines. I just think you need an air conditioner in the living room (the bedrooms have air, but the living room was not and it was too hot in Sao Paulo). I'd come back again!

Greatly located apartment with mall, market and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is quiet for walking and the apartment is clean and matches the images of the site. Rafaela was always helpful and quickly responded to messages.

Wonderful Flat! Everything very clean, very well located and structured. Denise is so friendly and thoughtful. I'll definitely be back more often. The flat has a minibar, 2-burns stove, microwave, crockery, cutlery, cookware, hairdryer, tv in the living room and in the bedroom. The sofa bed surprised me for the comfort. Without a doubt the best flat I've ever stayed.

Outstanding Stay with Host Awesome! My stay at Danilo's space was undoubtedly one of the best experiences I've had using Airbnb. From the first contact, Danilo was extremely attentive, providing all the necessary information and local tips that enriched our trip. The site exceeded expectations in every respect. It was impeccably clean, well-decorated, and all necessary amenities were available and in perfect condition. The location is also a strong point, situated in a quiet area, but still close to several attractions and with easy access to public transportation. Danilo proved an exceptional host, always available to help and ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Excellent stay. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Very clean and tidy space, well equipped and with easy check-in/check-out (even though I arrived late at night). The strategic location for our demands on this visit to Sao Paulo and, even on a busy avenue, the structure of the apartment facilitates the reduction of street noises. I recommend and will be back whenever I need!
