We were super well hosted, the house is simple but extremely clean, smelt and quite complete. The house is very well located, close to the subway, restaurants and for me it was great because it was close to my family home and to the anniversary site we had on the FDS.

We had a great stay at Antonio’s house. The place is very private and great to relax in the middle of busy São Paulo. Having Duda, who is the housekeeper, present was also very helpful since we were a large group. The location is also really good and close to shopping malls and trendy areas easily accessible by uber.

The stay was very good, the house is wide, comfortable and very close to the highway with exit to several places. In the case of our lodging, my and other guests who accompanied me, the location was close to the place where we had our appointments. It is also close to the Shopping Butantã, from the window of the house it is possible to observe the forest where the Butantã Institute is located. The house is beautiful, wide and very pleasant. Everything that was in the house corresponded to what is posted on the ad. Very green and the visit of various animals, Tucanos, monkeys, quati, for nature lovers will love to be on site. Solange was a lot of requests and always responded quickly, the photos on airbnb correspond with what the place is, the family enjoyed a lot, the games, even with cloudy weather we were able to take advantage of the pool, very good area and large pool. The house has a great structure, and we can actually enjoy a home. It contains all utensils, linens and clean towels, clean toilets, clean bathrooms area and the outside. The rooms are large, all rooms with fans.. Alex (homemade) who received us and was extremely helpful, and Sueli, always ready for us to answer by message. If you are looking for a place to rest, you can be sure, you have found the right location.

we love the place. lots of nature around, a lovely view of the Cantareira facing the sunrise, environment wide enough for pets to have freedom but safely. very well equipped kitchen, there were also enough towels and bedding. the pool is large and pleasant, just missing a nearby shower. Ifood covers well in the region. it rained during the stay and the energy became intermittent. in one of the days I needed to work (I am dev in a home office) and ended up losing a few hours, so to work I would not recommend it except with a good climate. the chalet itself is beautiful, it only deserves a maintenance. as soon as it rained my rhinitis attacked a lot, we think that the moisture in the wood ended up generating mold in some places with the weather. already the barbecue area behind the pool was quite dirty, and the bathroom from there was the wall covered in moss. even considering these points, the stay paid off and I loved celebrating my 30 years surrounded by nature and stillness!

i loved the stay! the space is beautiful, very well cared for and quiet. the tranquility and warmth of the place were a present the night we were there. the surroundings are predominantly residential so if you are by car is a good request. if not, it is worth taking a look at the routes you imagine making during your trip and evaluating. the arrival was very quiet and the exit too, the fernanda was super fast to meet us. would return for sure!
