Very cozy , clean and comfortable house!! Great location! Lots of snow around and stunning view!

The location is great with amazing views of the mountains!! The apartment has everything needed. Mauricio was very helpful and answered all our questions quickly.

In a walkable distance to Costanera, telerifiko, park and other visitable locations. Peaceful, quiet, private but at the same time central location. All as described except private garden is a bit smaller than imagined and if there are other guest from the left and right sides, they have same size gardens that can see each other. Luckily there were no other guest around, so we felt private sitting outside. Host was very helpful and responsive all the time.

Very well equipped apartment, building within walking distance to the metro. My children occupied the pool in the building so they were happy. Very pleasant environment.

Excellent and beautiful place, has several environments for different times of the day without leaving the terrain. The sound of the river was very relaxing and the house full of details, amenities and perfect construction for the surroundings. Unbeatable.

Miguel's place was a nice two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. It was clean and in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. It's close to a few metro and bus connections so it's easy to get to other parts of the city. It was very hot when we were there but Miguel brought us an extra fan for the unit which made a big difference. Thank you!

We love the space, very clean and organized. Patrícia the hostess is very attentive and made herself available at all times of the trip, she proved careful for our stay to be perfect. The location is excellent close to the historic center, has great restaurants and very close to the metro. Exactly as in the pictures, ePero return soon.

Mauricio a spectacular host, I needed flexibility because it depended on the time of discharge of a surgery and it gave me the flexibility I needed. The apartment is very safe what helped with my recovery. I could go down for a walk with my daughter without any worries about the condominium. In the surroundings we found an ideal place to walk to our very safe and friendly puppy. The apartment is in excellent condition very well and we did not have problems with the noises as other people say. We kept the windows closed and since the air conditioning is in a strategic place. We didn't get any heat at all... on the night a beautiful view of the city, we enjoyed seeing it from the balcony and the truth is that in the evenings we would open the windows to enjoy the fresh air. There are businesses nearby but I recommend ordering Delivery is much easier and you will have more variety, the connectivity is super easy to be in the middle of the day and minutes of interesting places.

The apartment is very comfortable and central. One block from subway station. Lifen was flexible regarding check-in time. Very attentive to any inquiries. If I go back to Santiago I would definitely rent the same apartment

Second time staying at Andres’ place. Very convenient and well located studio. Enjoyed the amenities in the building, and the great view. Andres is very responsive and easy to deal with.

My first time in Chile over all. and i can tell you this house felt like home. David made seem perfec. and it was. Our kids loved the place and the family members that staid with us. I 100% recommend this home. and getting to know David. will definitely be coming back and staying here. FYI there is a grounds keeper that stays there ( in a separate home) and does massages. and its just awesome!!

We used the apartment as a base camp while traveling around the country. The apartment had everything we needed and the rooftop pool was a big bonus. Pro tip: the garbage is sorted, the laundry cost 1700 CLP per use, everything we needed was within arm's reach.

It was such a great stay and the apartment was peaceful with a simple, elegant layout. Appreciated the kitchen, the laptop desk, the comfortable bed and the pretty balcony. Easy walk to many restaurants and a joyful time in Santiago.
