beautiful and spacious house steps from the beach , nice and large garden plus pool, tranquility, parking for 5 cars, very quiet street.Kitchen equipped with separate freezer and dishwasher. Walks on the beach , walk along the coast , have coffee on Sunday. Eat seafood , make roasts , rest. playground for children . I can't offer towels. Pool will have Reja Hay Directv only in main piece. There are two prepaid boxes of Directv q are charged per day in the supermarket

Our modern and nicely decorated apartment has a very edgy look yet a warm and cosy feeling. In front of the best beach in Algarrobo with a beautiful emerald color, a small conifer forest and white sands. Walking distance from a grocery store, beach, restaurants, etc. only 40 minutes to Beautiful and World Heritage Valparaiso and Viña del Mar. Only 15 minutes to the House-museum of Pablo Neruda. 30 Minutes to the closest Winery or Vineyards.

Beautiful apartment, fully furnished and equipped, very close to Shopping Costanera Center. Just a block away from the subway station. The panoramic pool only works from the fortnight of November to the fortnight of March and you must register with the concierge to be able to use it, in addition it must be respected as a rule not to bring food or drinks to the pool. Works from Tuesday to Sunday, Monday is always closed

Heritage value house with incredible bay views.

My house has an important heritage value as it has 100 years but perfectly maintained, comfortable and cosy, with a wood warming stove, high ceilings, beautiful views of the whole bay and harbour. With two terraces, a kitchen totally implemented and beautiful views from kitchen and dining room. We don’t have this house for business. It’s our beautiful place to escape from stress which we rent when we don’t go.
