The house is beautiful, ideal for enjoying a few quiet days. In the morning we went down to the beach, which was quiet, with few people, and the water was exquisite. Eliana always responded quickly, and Carolina, who gave us the keys, was very friendly and was always attentive to answering all our questions. The location of the house is excellent - it is very close to Pablo Neruda's House, and the restaurants in the area are delicious. In the afternoon, the house may feel a little hot, but it quickly cools down at night. And what to say about the view! It's just spectacular. Undoubtedly a place to repeat.☺️

Francisco is an excellent host, very attentive, very clear all the information provided for check-in and check-out. The Depto was located very close to the center of Viña del Mar. The building had excellent facilities, well maintained in case one wanted to make use of them. The Depto is the same as the photos, with all the comforts for a great stay, thank you very much.

The apartment of Marcela is beautiful, it is super well located in a residential area of Providencia but one block from the Metro that takes you everywhere and close to many shops and restaurants. The depto is exactly as you see in the photos. We were able to take advantage of the pool on the top floor smoothly. Everything is perfect for a stay in Santiago !

Excellent stay at the house of Matias and Carolina. The 2 were very concerned at all times with maintaining communication and clear and timely instructions. the house is as mentioned in the publication. Upon arrival we find everything impeccable. very nice place to rest, I went with my children of 3 months and 3 years and it is definitely a good place to go with children and as a family. 100% recommended

Everything is very good! Pool was with filter timer, we thought it was bad but Cristobal responded and helped right away, the house and patio spotless. There was a smell problem completely foreign to Cristobal and it helped us fix by sending a person, If not for that, 10/10. So 9/10 !!

My first time in Chile over all. and i can tell you this house felt like home. David made seem perfec. and it was. Our kids loved the place and the family members that staid with us. I 100% recommend this home. and getting to know David. will definitely be coming back and staying here. FYI there is a grounds keeper that stays there ( in a separate home) and does massages. and its just awesome!!

Stayed here for almost a month. The place is overall very good. Has everything that you need. Beautiful view from the 5th floor, and an even more amazing panorama view from the rooftop. The location itself seems a bit dangerous at night.
