Great location, quiet. It's also a 10-minute walk to the station, and 5 minutes to the Barracks. Alice was very welcoming, always available. I had a good time.

Absolutely FANTASTIC apartment. AMAZING. One of the best I've ever been to. EXCEPTIONAL. Very clean, with everything you need. Lots of towels, things for breakfast, and everything that needs to be in a home when you live there. Absolutely nothing is missing. It's not easy to find apartments like this. It's written by one who rented a lot of them. I was really impressed. Mrs. Patrizia is of extreme kindness and came to pick me up at the station. I recommend everyone to stay in this apartment if you need to stop in Foligno

We loved our stay! We stayed 26 days and came and went from Foligno. The apartment is comfortable and in a great location. The host is so accommodating and will answer any questions you might have. She responds instantly! Loved our stay and will definitely stay there again. We fully recommend!

We were guests of Cinzia and Simone and we can only thank them for their friendliness and helpfulness. Simone welcomed us with great kindness, waiting for us despite the delay of the train, and upon our arrival we found a delicious homemade tart, a gesture that we appreciated very much. Also, since it was Women's Day, we also found a sprig of mimosa, a detail that made us very happy. The house is simply perfect: in excellent condition, with nice finishes, very large and cozy. The cleanliness is impeccable and the amenities make it even more special. In addition to the courtesy kits, we found a well-stocked cupboard for breakfast, which was absolutely not taken for granted and really appreciated. If we return to Foligno, we will definitely choose this house again. Highly recommended!
