Our stay at The Haven was absolutely perfect! The unit provided a wonderfully cozy atmosphere that made us feel very relaxed. The reliable and fast internet connection was a huge plus, allowing us to enjoy our favorite shows on Netflix without any interruptions. The ambiance is simple yet relaxing, creating a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. All appliances were in excellent condition, which added to our comfort. Ms. Michelle, the host, was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and can't wait to return to The Haven for another relaxing getaway! Highly recommend!

Stayed for a couple of days and the stay was very nice. Walkable to familiar restaurants, groceries, and malls. Very responsive host and was very accomodating and helpful when we need to change our sheets without additional cost.

2nd time in Sir Chad's place and we tried using their kitchen in cooking our food instead of just ordering outside, which was, overall, a great experience because it has all the essential you need to cook simple meals. Overall, it was again a great experience.

The place matched the description and the photos as well. Charie provided clear instructions for the checkin process and the caretakers were there and were kind enough to assist us and make sure everything is working fine when we entered the room. I nformed Charie that the caretakers were there cleaning the room and apologized for the little hiccup in the kitchen. I appreciated it that they made sure that the drain pipes for the drain was clean because we initially wanted to cook some food in the room but since the restos were accessible we didn't find the need to do it. The onlything that didn't meet our expectation was the pool but maybe its because itsjust so windy outdoors thats why the pool can't get heated as much as wanted. i am basing it though from the fact that our pool experience from our Sept 2023 staycation at Casiana Hotel was very comfortable. Parking space was also spacious and without extra charges compared to other airbnb listings in other condos in Tagaytay.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. We had a fantastic stay at Idesia City! It’s a peaceful, secure, and spacious place to unwind. The location is easy to find, very clean, and has friendly guards who add to the welcoming vibe. Pool access (7am-5pm, for a 3-hour slot) was a great bonus. The main house is fully equipped with essentials like a stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, utensils, salt, cooking oil, and water. The two bedrooms were comfortable; one has air-conditioning, while an exhaust fan helps cool the other. Linens and towels were provided, and memos on the wall guided us, even with Wi-Fi codes. A couple of minor suggestions: there’s no house number on the gate, so asking the host for more specific directions could help. Also, the keys are mixed with others—labeling the main door key would save some guesswork. Still, we’re giving it 5 stars! The host was responsive, and this affordable stay exceeded expectations. Thanks for a memorable experience 😍

Marlyn’s unit is exceptional! It has everything we need, and even with four of us staying here, we were all very comfortable. The WiFi can be a bit slow at times, but it’s still manageable. The place is easy to locate. While the house shows some signs of wear and tear, it’s well-equipped and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the pool! I appreciated the host’s thoughtful touch of having a variety of consumables available for purchase. Overall, we had a great stay.

Our family enjoyed our NYE 2025 in this place. The house was spacious and clean, accurately described by the host. Mhai, the caretaker was also friendly and attentive. Grateful for their service and highly recommended.

Wow this place was amazing and great for functions, small reunions or gatherings. What can I say. Look at the descriptions and pictures and it is exactly that. This place it worth every penny we paid for our stay. We will definitely book this place again. The host Mary Anne was very responsive and we had great communication. Also, their caretaker Abet was a very big help when we needed assistance. This place is beautiful and if your looking for a great get away, this is it! We highly recommend this place for anyone.
