We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

If you’d like to wake up and walk a few steps to the gondola, ski lessons or the equivalent of a block to Treehouse (for kids), this is the place. It also overlooks the ice rink. Parking is easy and just a short elevator to the condo (under 2 mins condo to car). This is our second stay in this unit and it’s very comfortable, well supplied and allows us to cook almost all of our meals, which we prefer. Highly recommend.

Relaxing, nice place to stay. Host is responsive.

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

Impeccable Cleanliness: Cleanliness is evidently a priority at Nads Place Manila. The entire area, including the swimming pool, is kept in pristine condition. The pool is inviting and well-maintained, offering a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Comfortable Accommodation: The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-furnished, providing a cozy and comfortable environment. The attention to detail in maintaining the rooms ensures a pleasant stay, allowing guests to feel at ease and rejuvenated. Exceptional Staff and Service: The staff at Nads Place Manila are incredibly accommodating and attentive.

Sustain: - great communication with hosts - optional parking space close to elevator - inviting and attentive reception staff - incredible helper provided for check in - 5 star location and property is very tidy - pool is serviced daily - instructions for laundry are clear and unit works great - beds are restful and clean, smell great - bathrooms are well maintained and clean - air conditioner in rooms work well - silverware and cooking set provided is good - competitively priced for location - overall 4.5 / 5 stars! improve: - listing instructions are clear but I suggest directional bearings (N, S, E, W) - address provided for listing is incorrect and taking Grab or a taxi will send you behind the building entrance. - air conditioner in common area is quite chilly even set to higher temperatures. - main door to balcony has a pinch point flaw with locking mechanism, suggest to service door or update instructions to tilt handle upwards before engaging lock.

We were a group with small children and the space worked out perfectly for us. It's a true 3-bedroom condo. The space was clean. A/C worked in all the rooms. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. The property itself was in a great location. It was walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and a shopping center. Most importantly, we felt safe. Although, if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing a noise machine. Two of the rooms have windows that face the main street and the noise can be loud all hours of the night. Otherwise, this was a great property.

Great stay in BGC. Lots of restaurants nearby, a walkable area, lots of shopping and a safe environment. The pictures of the room is the same in person. 2 good sized rooms to sleep. AC works well for the hot days outside. 2 full bathrooms and plenty of space. There’s also a few umbrellas if it’s raining.

We really had a great stay at Villa Lumbreras. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We felt right at home, like it was our own house. The trip was extra special because it was our family’s first complete out-of-town trip, and we celebrated my Tatay’s 60th birthday there. Besides the villa itself, we definitely enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. We knew then that we would definitely go back. Thank you to Ms. Cham and Ms. Abegail!

Nice place to stay

If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation with your family and friends in Pansol/Calamba Laguna, Celine’s place is the spot. Place is super clean, organize and well maintained. It’s like a secret garden with a natural hot spring pool and Jacuzzi. Kuya Joseph (caretaker) is also very nice and helpful. Make sure to use Celine’s instruction on how to get to the house for the address shown on the listing is a bit confusing. My family and I had a great time and we will definitely comeback. I highly recommend Celine’s place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Aomori House! The thoughtfully designed spaces, both indoors and outdoors, offered the perfect spaces of intimate and big group activities, depending on our mood. Whether if you need to do some desk work, relaxing, or socializing, every spot was picture-perfect and Zoom-worthy. We love the bonfire area, separate KTV house, spacious walkways, and the well-planned layout of the home. And to top it all off, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would—10/5! Highly recommended! 🌟

We’ve stayed in this unit three times now, and each visit has been wonderful. While we haven’t met Ms. Rosalie in person, she has always been a very accommodating host. Her instructions are always clear, and the unit is consistently clean, offering a relaxing space to return to after our trip to EK. ☺️

Very nice place. Videoke and billiards were great. Got great use of them. Pool is great, too, though the weather is a bit cold as expected. Special thanks to caretaker, Renante, who is very responsive and attentive to our needs.

Judith’s place was a home away from home. It was spacious, safe and secured. It was also accessible to mall establishments, stores and groceries. She was always responsive to our concerns and attended to all of our queries. Very kind and considerate as well. Highly recommended!

Decent place, affordable parking.

Miss Jacques was very very responsive! I work at night and its hard to send messages during the day, I dont expect her to be replying since its late but she always do!! She welcomed my family in the lobby and was very accommodating especially that we have arrived early. The design of the place was smart since there are a lot of beds you can lay in. Location is nice too since its a corner unit. We also had a change of guest at the last minute and she helped us a lot! Definitely worth it

Stayed for a night and we had a restful sleep to recharge our energy. The place is nice, clean and complete. Very organized and most importantly it has a parking slot. Very convenient.

Location is convenient plus an awesome view at the balcony and the host, Joyce was very responsive and will really take care of you. would recommend and will book again in the future. Only downside is the pool was freezing cold.. good for the skin i guess🥴 anyways.. thank you Joyce!

We liked this place so much during our first stay that we decided to stay a second time. It would've been our third stay but our previous trip itinerary was too unstable. We have the place booked for another stay in the future. The property has a nice peaceful, homey feel. It's hard to believe that there's a bustling city that sees one million passersby, per day, just a few minutes out the door when we are sitting in the covered and enclosed side yard. We really enjoy having our morning coffee out there, enjoying the warm morning breeze, listening to the birds sing. We also enjoy our morning walks around the neighborhood. There are beautiful plants and trees throughout and friendly neighbors always returning a "good morning". The aircon cools the house quickly if it becomes too warm outside. Our host is very friendly and responsive to questions and our simple needs. We give 5 stars in all aspects. I hope this listing will be available for our future plans!
