Vacation rentals with a home theater in Santa Rosa Island

We will definitely book this condo again! It was bright, cheery, CLEAN and well equipped! The location is as close to being on the beach as can be without being on the beach. We clocked it at an easy, lovely, peaceful 3 minutes! Our pool is fabulous! The property staff were friendly and helpful. The resort has so much to explore and enjoy. We always felt safe and anyone we encountered was so friendly!

we had an absolute blast in destin! thanks to andrey’s and oksana’s beautiful condo we got to enjoy our trip and also feel relaxed and at home. when we arrived we walked into an extremely beautiful and clean environment. the price is also a game changer as a college student the price is what made this trip possible! when we had a small issue we messaged the hosts and they answered within 5 minutes! i recommend everyone takes the leap and books with andrey and oksana.

Karuna was an amazing host. I booked this rental VERY last minute (like midnight the night before last minute). This was the week of our southern snowstorm so I was worried that some of the ammenities wouldn't be available. She was very responsive to messages and made check in/out a breeze. She even checked to make sure the indoor pool would be open for my kids before we got there. Would definitely recommend!

The hosts are genuinely friendly, sweet as can be and are very responsive for anything you need or any question you may have. Although the house manual also explains everything. This property is amazing, perfect for a family, everything you need is provided, comfortable, cozy, beautifully decorated, clean…..I can’t say enough about this property!!! It’s private but just a few mins from the beach and a short drive away from tons of restaurants and different things to do. 30A is an amazing area and the perfect vacation spot. And the hosts are just as amazing!!! Wonderful experience!!! Wonderful property!!! This vacation was a dream come true of ours and Heather and her family helped make it as easy and as perfect as it could have been!!!! They are truely amazing people! ❤️ We will be back next year and I can only hope we get to stay at Heathers Place!! 💜🦎🏖️🌞

Great experience! It was our first time renting a beach house! Love the outdoor shower to rinse off all the sand love the paint color all throughout the house, open concept, had a great time on the bikes that comes with the house, Tim offers beach chair, beach towels and much more with the house. Book gembythe sea!

My family and I stayed at Ashley’s place while evacuating from Hurricane Helene. Ashley allowed us to check in early and checked on us to make sure we made it safely and messaged to ask if we were ok. Everything was just as described and very comfortable. Although we were worried for our homes and community back home, we felt very safe and at home. We especially loved the projector screen for watching tv. The kids loved the game room. We would love to come back for vacation instead of evacuation. Highly recommend Ashley’s place!!

This is our second stay at Heathers Place and as usual it exceeded what we remembered about it. The Golf Cart was great to use as well. Walk to the pool area and Bay area woods. Close to all the beaches and shopping. The amenities in the place are really just perfect. We will be back soon. John, Susan and of course our furbaby, Aimee.

The house was extremely clean, beautiful open floor plan with a fenced in backyard and screen in porch that was PERFECT for our two little girls to explore and play safely. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac with little to no traffic which was also perfect for playing outside. I highly recommend renting a golf cart to go to the beach, but the pool is a very short walk! The house had everything we needed and tons of beach accessories and toys! Overall, very satisfied with Whitney the host and the house!!

John and Angela were wonderful hosts. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay with them again. The home was so relaxing and a beautiful location at the resort.

My wife appreciated the furnishings effort to improve the appearance of an older building. The accents were excellent.

Place was great and served my family of 6 very well (2 adults and 4 young kids). The location is pretty awesome, very convenient for a variety of things. The golf cart is another bonus, was very nice to be able to zip around and explore and it’s just a short drive to Walton dunes beach.

This is our 2nd stay at this fabulous Airbnb. We love coming to this little spot to getaway from the hustle of Destin but still be close to everything and the beach . We also love the fact we can get out and walk to anything we might need without having to get into a vehicle . The host is wonderful at communicating with anything you may need . My family stayed here for just over a week. We had a wonderful time! The condo had just what we needed to be able to cook meals at home when desired. It was so convenient using the golf cart to get around! Michele was proactive, accommodating, communicative and thorough.

We enjoyed this place and all the amenities. The oasis is one of our favorite spots.

The place was great! The view was perfect. The Oasis was a hit with the grand babies and the concert venue was a hit with the older kids! The Wharf has tons to keep everyone happy. Darlene’s place had it all and was the perfect stay for our entire group! We will book again!

As Airbnb first-timers, our overall experience was very positive. Robert was a great communicator from start to finish. There was an unexpected technical issue with door lock but Robert was proactive, had great communication with us and handled quickly and professionally. We even got to meet in person. Washer/dryer appliances were a major plus and very nice. Linens and bedding were so very soft. I loved the rainfall shower head. My first experience with one and now I want one at my home. Condo VERY centrally located to dining, shopping and beaches. We were very comfortable and felt safe with our surroundings. Other vacationers and the residents were cordial and dog friendly. Dog park was basically a block away which was very convenient for us. Kitchen fully furnished for cooking or baking any meal. And when needing recommendations for steak dinner out, Robert helped out straight away with suggestions. I don’t hesitate in the least to recommend Robert as a host.

We loved Sun Puppy Point! Everything was just as described, and the golf cart worked great! Julie was great to respond quickly, and the condo had a very detailed list of all the info you could need. We visit Sandestin often and will be returning to Sun Puppy Point for a stay in the future!
