Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Santa Mónica

It is a new building and apartment, with a modern style and all amenities. Everything is always clean. I personally liked the location, but it's worth remembering that it's in Maldonado and not downtown Punta del Este. I'd definitely come back.

Apartment in very good condition, similar to the photos and with a large terrace with a direct ocean view. Easy access, located in a condominium that has everything for guests: swimming pool, laundry, gym, concierge, etc. Very good location, beachfront and with sunshade and beach chair service. The host is very friendly and serious.

Excellent place, very conveniently located, with private garage and direct access without leaving the building to the Shopping. The building is very good, with heated pool available until 12 at night, game room, sauna... and the apartment of very good quality and with a spectacular view, you can even see the sunset. The host is always attentive, online, even responding to a concern when arriving at 9 pm in less than 20 seconds of sending the message. Highly recommended

If you have doubts like I did because it's new and has few comments, don't worry, everything is better than expected and deserves more than 5 stars. You'll be hard-pressed to find something similar or better. The host answers all questions instantly, the place is the same or better than the photos (you see the sea from all sides and hear the waves from the rooms). Super bright. Nice views everywhere. Spacious balcony. Fully equipped to move in. The apartment, sheets, towels, super clean. There was only a slight musty smell when we entered, but with ventilation the next day it was solved. The building workers are helpful! The building has 2 entrances by stairs, and the slope by the garage otherwise. It has 2 large elevators. It is in front of the beach (and there are chairs and umbrellas for rent), and if you don't walk you can reach another one on the brava, and the mansa. There's a restaurant downstairs. It's 2 blocks from the bus station and a supermarket. 1 from the shopping mall. We'll definitely be back!

Very nice place to stay in Punta. The electricity bill was a little overpriced but overall is a great stay!

Florencia's apartment is beautiful! Impeccable, everything super tidy, I had everything you need to spend a few incredible days! The amenities of the impeccable building. Florence super predisposed and very kind. Also the staff of the building a love. I definitely recommend it and I'll be back!

The apartment is in an ideal location, close to everything and surrounded by cute bars and a few blocks of both meek and brave beaches. The amenities are very good (heated and outdoor piletas, gym and quinchos - the latter with additional cost). the carport is covered. Interaction with hosts was quick and friendly in need of any kind of assistance. Highly recommended for 2-3 people

The apartment is much better than the pictures show. The host and his wife were waiting for us and were very kind to show us the apartment, which is well equipped. Special highlight for crockery, cups (water, whisky), crystal glasses (wine, champagne) and tablecloths new and in sufficient quantity to welcome friends for lunch, dinner or happy hour. Ample, with great division and a beautiful view of the sea, as it is on the 11th floor. Traditional building, with excellent maintenance of the common areas, good location, with bakery and coffee next door and supermarket two blocks away. Staff of the helpful building, polite.

The house is as shown in the photos. We were 2 couples and we were super comfortable. What stood out most about the stay was the cleanliness of the house in general. Everything was spotless. I would definitely come back! Claudia was very attentive from when we got there until we left. I also recommend the location because if you don't want to use the car much, the beaches are super close and very nice.

It was a total of 8 of us staying at Henderson Farm, and there was not a single complaint. There was plenty of space for everyone to be properly accommodated. Everything was clean, organized, and we where even provided with fresh eggs and honey produced right there on the farm. Overall a beautiful place and an even better time. Thank you!

This house in Punta Ballena is absolutely gorgeous—truly, the pictures don’t do it justice! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning backyard that leads right to the ocean. The pool was big, clean, and incredibly refreshing, perfect for relaxing during the day. At night, the view of the stars was breathtaking. Inside, the house is spacious, beautifully designed, and offers amazing views from almost every room. The satellite TV was a nice bonus, but honestly, with scenery like this, we barely needed it! If you’re looking for a peaceful, picturesque getaway, this place is perfect. We’d love to come back!

Very well located apartment, close to the main points of interest, very comfortable, great bed, very clean and smelling. Well equipped kitchen, good shower, super comfortable room. Place to feel at home. Unico incoviniente was the somewhat cramped box.

The apartment is just like the photos posted. Modern, with a good bed and amenities. It's small, but for a couple it's fine. The best part is the location, the beach is right in front!

I recently had the privilege of staying in an amazing apartment in Punta del Este, and I want to share my experience. Since we arrived, we were impressed by the quality of the place. The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished, and everything is impeccable. Every corner reflects attention to detail and care, making it a very nice place. The location is excellent. But what really takes your breath away is the view, it's unbeatable. It's definitely one of the best views you can imagine. In addition, I want to highlight the kindness and availability of Andrés, who was an exceptional host. Highly recommended for those who want to rest and enjoy a few incredible days in Punta.
