Great host and excellent place to stay !!

The house is located in a quite quiet area, not many noises, the park in front is great for walking your pet, many people take their dogs every day. There is also a patrolling patrol followed by the area. The stairs to the second floor are narrow, and in case the accommodation is small as seen in the photos, ideal for two or one person, the patio is spacious and has a laundry room. But it is somewhat difficult to walk in the area, as they are many steep ascents and descadas, and to get to the nearest shop it is 20min ascending and descending. It takes some cooking utensils in case you prefer to prepare stews or broths. As for Carlos' attention, he is always on the lookout and answered all my questions, an excellent host.

Great stay! Always felt extremely safe here as a solo female traveler. Would come back again. Very attentive host and great location.
