We had already stayed before and this experience was like the first time, excellent. The apartment is as described, clean, tidy and very well equipped. The building and its views are tremendous, located in front of the Golf and a few blocks from the commercial start of Alem and its area of influence in Playa Grande. Hector is a top host always available and with a very good vibe. To return again and again, super recommended

Excellent place to rest a few days, just a few meters from the beach and half an hour from downtown Mar del Plata. The cabin is just as you can see in the photos, super comfortable and clean. Homemade breakfasts are delicious, and communication with Grisel (Damian's wife) was excellent. I recommend it 100%. We'll be back soon!

The place is awesome, super calm, the home beautiful and save. Rolando is very nice, he was all the time attending our question. Paula, who helped us with the instructions of the home is the best, she was super nice with us and ours dogs. Super recommended.

Great choice in the Peralta Ramos forest. A rustic house, with all its functional environments to enjoy a few days in the woods. I worked remotely for a few days and the wifi worked perfectly. There were stormy days but we didn't have any problems. The host was always willing to help. Hugs!

We had a really good time, we went with our b***h and everything was super practical since the patio is large and well fenced. The grill and pool are to take advantage of! The house is just as you can see in the photos, very nice! clean and comfortable. We were greeted by Manuela (Julía's sister) she was very clear and communicative, she even allowed us to stay a little more past check out! No doubt it's to come back to!

The apartment is excellent and has a wonderful view! It has two bathrooms with a shower and is ideal for a stay of up to 4 people. Just for caution, the entrance to the parking lot is small, so if you have a very large car check the measures before with Noemí. Noemi is great, she responds on time and everything is 10. We would go back without hesitation!

Maria Teresa is an outstanding host. She is super responsive, nice, and helpful. She was flexible with check-in and check-out times which we appreciated tremendously. The house is located in a beautiful place. No traffic, no noise, beautiful view. I would describe it as a romantically-decorated rustic chalet. What else could we ask for? We were able to cook and spend time as a family. I highly recommend to stay in "Lo de Tere" and to book any property that has María Teresa as a host.
