The house is dreamy. Super big and comfortable. He was just super helpful and was always available to answer any concerns. More than recommended to stay there. Of all the houses I saw for 10 people, this was definitely the best.

We had already stayed before and this experience was like the first time, excellent. The apartment is as described, clean, tidy and very well equipped. The building and its views are tremendous, located in front of the Golf and a few blocks from the commercial start of Alem and its area of influence in Playa Grande. Hector is a top host always available and with a very good vibe. To return again and again, super recommended

Very nice apartment, comfortable, well located and safe. The description reflects reality. It has an excellent view, is very comfortable and clean, and has a garage, security and amenities. Our host was always very kindly available for what we need.

Excellent place to rest a few days, just a few meters from the beach and half an hour from downtown Mar del Plata. The cabin is just as you can see in the photos, super comfortable and clean. Homemade breakfasts are delicious, and communication with Grisel (Damian's wife) was excellent. I recommend it 100%. We'll be back soon!

The house is exactly what I was looking for: peaceful, convenient and pleasant to spend time with friends. The beach is a 5 minute walk which is perfect for enjoying the sea. Maria Ignacia was very available, which made the trip easier.

The accommodation is as described and photos, there was even a pool. Patricia is always attentive and friendly. We all had a great time. Very cozy, adequate privacy, quiet area, ideal for relaxing days. 100% recommended

We were 1 week and everything was great, Florence's attention, her kindness and the cleanliness and order of the place when we received us .. We went with 2 dogs and the patio was great for them . Everything spectacular, the dpto has an incredible view to the sea. It is very functional, comfortable, spacious and very well maintained. The location is very good. By car you are 10’ from the Casino. The access to the dpto is with an electric lock which makes it very convenient and safe. Excellent availability of carport and especially all the security personnel very attentive to open the gate. Noemi was an excellent host! We'll be back!

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE, functional and well designed. Located in the Mar del Plata forest, very close to Alfar beach, 15 minutes from Chapadmalal and 30 minutes from the center of MDQ. Super attentive to his owner and daughter throughout our stay. We look forward to returning soon. 100% RECOMMEND
