You get value for your money. Ski bus stop right outside the door and otherwise you will tide in 5 minutes. Aar Katschberg. Fantastic experience and top apartment! So it would book again!

Lovely apartment. Mauterndorf is a beautiful town (our teens likened it to a Netflix Christmas movie!) and the apartment was in a modern well equipped building so it was super warm and cosy. Very well equipped with everything we needed and the laundry room downstairs was very useful as was the ski locker. The apartment is an easy walk to the centre of the town and regular ski buses as well as the very good local supermarket. Access to Grosseck and Ovebertauern ski areas via bus or car was very easy. We would definitely return if we came back to the area. The hosts were responsive and extremely helpful. We managed to lock ourselves out of the apartment on Christmas Day and they responded extremely quickly and with a great friendly attitude. Just one small thing to be aware of .. we visited over Christmas and the only festive decoration was a 10cm Christmas tree. This wasn’t a problem at all as we had taken a few things with us to add the festive feel but worth knowing to take your own.

The place is super nice and has everything you need to feel like home. It’s very clean and cosy. If you’re skiing/snowboarding, it’s only 10 min drive to the slopes of Aniek and Katchberg ski zones.

Sophie and her mom were amazing hosts! Initially we went there to ski in Obertauern, it was a 25 min drive with a car till the first ski lift which was fine! The place was a pure charm and very clean, we felt like at home. Thank you for the lovely stay, we will come back!
