We had an absolute delight staying at Niyoti's & Vinay home! The moment we stepped inside, we were struck by the beautiful interior design that exuded warmth and comfort. Every corner of the house was tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home. But what truly stole our hearts was the breathtaking view from the terrace! Watching the sunset over the city skyline was a sight to behold. The terrace was the perfect spot to unwind and we enjoyed it the most. Niyoti and Vinay were exceptional host, there was an issue with power mcb because of which tv & internet were not working, they responded promptly and arranged light man who fixed the issue in short time, truly appreciated. Amol who runs kitchen on ground floor had made our stay even more memorable, his Kokan Thali & morning breakfast menu were so tasty and mouthwatering, we recommend everyone to use his kitchen services. We would highly recommend Niyoti's home to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

One of the best Airbnb place I visited. Amazing stay at Mangesh's place! The apartment was exactly as described - clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Sonal Shinde was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with great privacy. Thanks for extra efforts to arrange Jacuzzi cleaning & Barbeque on time. We especially loved the food and simplicity of caretaker. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ratnagiri. We will visit again for "Ukadiche Modak"🙂. Thanks again...

Mangesh’s space was perfect for our stop over on our travels . The highlight was the beautiful terrace space - with a clear uninterrupted view of the coast . The rooms were spacious and good enough for a party of 4 . The space was clean and well kept. Would recommend highly for anyone in the area looking for a comfortable and clean stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Geetha and her husband’s farm stay, and I must say it was an amazing experience. The property looked exactly like the pictures—beautiful, serene, and well-maintained. The hygiene standards were top-notch, which made our stay even more comfortable. While there was some connectivity issues due to its location in a private space, we actually appreciated this as a family. It allowed us to disconnect and spend quality time together, which was a refreshing change. For those who prefer staying connected, they do provide a Wi-Fi dongle, so you’re not completely cut off. Geetha and her husband were incredibly helpful, offering all the necessary details, including restaurant recommendations for food delivery. Their hospitality truly made the stay special. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this farm stay to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway near Ganpatipule.
