Really nice place. Reminded me of AirBnbs from 10 years ago - not just an investment property but someone’s actual guest house clearly meant for people they care about.

This was a great, private cabin located behind the Firelite Lodge. A little smaller than I had imagined, with not much room in the bedrooms, but it was fine for what we were needing. It's in an excellent location on the quieter north side of Lake Tahoe. Within easy walking distance there is Jiffy Pizza, Pep's Place for coffee and breakfast/lunch sandwiches, and an ice cream shop. Across the street there is a marina with a small, private, pebble beach to relax and watch the sunsets. Tahoe City and the marina are ~15-20 mins away where you can rent sailboat charters, sunset cruises, etc. We did not use the kitchen much, but it appeared to have put thought into stocking all the items you would need. The gas firepit on the front porch and the picnic table out back were also nice touches. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Tahoe.

Place is a 10/10. Beautiful setting with a private dock. Would definitely stay here again. There are a lot of stairs, but the view and privacy are worth a stay on the water.

We had a beautiful Christmas at Brent’s. Myself, my wife and mom all stayed comfortably in the two main bedrooms. It is worth noting the upstairs bedroom with a king bed is basically an open concert loft above the living room and kitchen, so if privacy is super important this wouldn’t be the place for you. Otherwise everything was prefect as described, we had a beautiful amount of snow and even went sledding on the nearby hill. The hot tub was perfect for hanging out at night, it was especially beautiful in the snow storm. There was a good amount of kitchen utensils, appliances and spices that made holiday cooking nice and easy.

Mike's cabin in Kings Beach was a perfect place to get away from the city and enjoy nature. I highly recommend using the hot tub during the snow season. The place is clean and easy to find. The internal heating is also fantastic, kept the house comfortable even when its 20 degrees out.

We had such a great stay here for a girl's trip! With a split group of people staying in for cozy cabin time and people out skiing it worked perfectly for us. The space felt very homey and the fireplace and hot tub were the icing on top! Would recommend!

A cozy cabin with a spectacular view. It was a joy to wander out of bed to watch the sun rise over the lake, and soul healing to walk the lake shore while gazing at the play of pink and orange in the sky, reflecting in the water as the sun set and slip back into the cabin only steps away. We were there in a quiet pocket of time slipped in-between holidays when the lake was not crowded with tourists. I don't know how well the cabin would insulate from hustle and bustle when the lake is more crowded, but for us, for when we went, it was absolutely lovely.

Bob and Roxie were responsible and their cute cabin was perfect! Hottub and wood burning stove and good kitchen made a great trip!

We had a great experience at the Little Dipper hosted by Sally. She provided recommendations and details for our stay, which were well received and helpful. A list of rules and guidelines were given - short and succinct, not to mention completely reasonable. I would recommend if you're looking for something quiet and cozy!

Wonderful location and the best view! Cabin was very cozy and the decks + hot tub views were amazing. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook meals. Host was very proactive about home updates and responded quickly to questions!

This home was in the perfect location, 10 minutes to Heavenly and the Stateline. The neighborhood was picturesque and very private. And the cabin was exactly like the pictures. Dan and Ada were perfect hosts!

The location is beautiful. Especially if you’re a skier there is a resort right down the street. Plenty of snow to play in outside. Tons of room with the spacious four bedrooms. Nice having washer dryer and a full kitchen available. The hot tub and suana is an added bonus.

Nice house with a great room and 2 bedrooms, just the right size for a family. It was ideal for a skiing trip to Northstar for me and my 2 children. The hot tub was nice and clean and felt great after a day of skiing. There is a nice gas fireplace that was both cheery and warmed up the room and helped dry out our snow pants. The location is great for getting to both Northstar and downtown Kings Beach - note that you do have to get over a pass to get to Northstar, so in the winter bring your chains or AWD car in case of weather. It feels professionally run - the hosts were proactive about communication and quickly responsive. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

This was a great cabin in a great location.

House was comfortable for two families and had everything we needed. The kids liked the downstairs games. The location was convenient for groceries, restaurants and skiing. We would stay here again.

I love this place. It’s well built, has everything you need and in a gorgeous location. Even though my family could benefit from one more bedroom we keep coming back to this location because of how perfect it is, and we always enjoy our time here.

Practical and charming cabin if your goals are to sleep, ski, and enjoy north Lake Tahoe. Perfect setup for a 4-person family with a dog. Worth it for the DVD collection alone! It's such a cool property -- not your usual paint-by-numbers, no-personality place targeted at Bay Area folks (like what you find in Tahoe Donner.) The neighborhood is 100% year-round locals. Great vibe, great house, great owners.

Loved being able to access beach/lake for short walks! Fenced in yard was great for dog. Little path/service road on side of/ behind house was fun for kids to play in. House has great lighting with sunrise views of the lake. Fully stocked kitchen! Hydro heated floors are wonderful. Sleds in garage! Our Tahoe fit in garage barely. Suburban or longer doesn’t fit. Clean, modern, comfortable house. Very soft beds. One of the best hosts we’ve worked with! Would stay again.

Perfect place for a cozy cabin experience. Centered in the middle of everything Tahoe has to offer. Highly recommend to anyone that is thinking of going for their first trip to Tahoe.

Vicky's place is a great place to stay and in a great location only 5 mins from the main strip in SLT. Love that it's a dog friendly place and it's super clean. They have a nice big back yard to bbq, hang out with friend and your fur babies. Would most definitely recommend this place anytime of the year!!!

This house was perfect for our family to celebrate Christmas together! Well laid out home, hot tub was great, had all the amenities we needed! Sarah was a great host, communication was excellent! The location was was near everything we wanted to do~skiing, movies, walks around the lake! We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Annalisa has created a truly welcoming space in Tahoe City. We immediately felt at home and familiar with the locale. The creature comforts afforded by Annalisa's property made our stay all the more seamless. Only minutes from downtown Tahoe City, with access to sprawling walking trails, Lake Tahoe, and numerous outdoor activies, our days were full with enriching experiences that we will remember for ever. We did a last minute trip to Tahoe to snowboard on Christmas Eve and Christmas. The place was perfect and super cozy!

Worth it if you have a dog. Kind of hard to find the entrance at night.
