Monthly Rentals in San Sisto, Perugia

Student accommodation in the centre of Perugia. Excellent value and great location, but noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. Had difficulty getting replacement supplies of toilet paper and guests are responsible for cleaning own room and laundering bed linen. There is a washing machine one can use. This didn’t bother me as I wanted the convenience and economy. It’s just worth being aware of. I had a great stay and facilities are suitable for working remotely.

Damianos place was great and cozy and it felt like home . It’s very clean and all you need was there . He is very nice and responsible for whatever you need .

Sara met us upon arrival and showed us around the apartment. There was fresh fruit, coffee, and a well-appointed kitchen. The location was perfect for walking around Perugia…close to restaurants and a little grocery store. The apartment was comfortable and very quiet. We loved our stay in Perugia!
