we loved our stay, we stayed there for 6 months even if the accommodation is not made for a 6-month stay we were there because of the private environment of a stay in the greenery the pool. A tip to rent a motorbike or a car, the owner will be able to help you

We had a delightful stay at this nice guesthouse. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Since we arrived quite early, they allowed us to check in at 9:30 AM, which was a huge relief. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, making it a perfect home away from home. If you’re planning a trip to Chiang Mai, I highly recommend this guesthouse. It’s conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all that Chiang Mai has to offer.

As usual, had a good rest away from the noise. It’s generally quiet in the neighborhood, occasionally on holidays there could be noise from people celebrating in the evening but it’s far enough away. Since it’s so quiet, it’s easy to hear if somebody is noisy in an adjacent room or the corridor, but I stayed here multiple times and it was only a problem one night when some guests returned from partying after midnight (luckily, they went to sleep quickly). It’s also nice that the outside A/C unit doesn’t make much noise when you’re using it. Sometimes you can hear birdsong. Thanks to the hosts for safely keeping my luggage while I’m away. Thanks to spacious cozy rooms and convenient location I’d say it’s suitable for moderately long stays (like a week). First floor rooms seem to have the same layout and are consistently prepared, no surprises if you need to move to another room or stay another time.

I enjoyed my stay overall. It was peaceful and private, the room is pretty spacious. That’s what I liked the most. I thought they would have some utensils to cook, so I had to ask for a pan. Thanks to a kind lady at Blue Cafe, she lent it to me for the duration of stay. I also didn’t expect some ants and little cockroaches, be aware of them and get a repel antiseptic. Sheets and towels could be a bit cleaner and without stains. There was some hair in the bathroom and on the sheets. All in all it was alright to stay, the staff was friendly but definitely needs some improvements. Thank you for hosting me ☺️

The location is good. It has a 7-Eleven next door, and a cafeteria. Spacious, clean and nice room, as well as friendly staff.

Wonderful apartment rental in a great neighborhood of the city. Standouts include the incredibly comfortable bed and nice amenities for food (microwave, kettle, fridge) and outdoor kitchen space. Only downside is the wifi doesn't work very well, but you can get a very cheap Thai phone plan to tether internet and you'll be fine. Overall a great stay, I will come stay again (had the best sleep of my life!!)

This place is super good value for money. The room is spacious and homely, good work set up for digital nomads and close to restaurants and 7/11. Hosts are super responsive. The room is on a main road so can be a little noisy at night but the host provides earplugs.

The apartment was perfect for me, very clean and tidy and looked and felt like new. the apartment is on the ground floor which suited me fine, and was only a short distance to the pool. The pool is great for cooling off when it is hot and was nicely shaded but not really for proper swimming. The area was very peaceful but within a short walk there are lots of places to eat and drink. The host was very helpful to me and very responsive.

This is the second year in a row I have stayed at both of Ohm & Walter's apartments. They both have great views and are very well equipped. It's a great location with a lot of restaurants within walking distance and easy to get to all the attractions in Chiang Mai. They are the best hosts and went above and beyond to to provide everything I needed and make me feel welcome and comfortable. I would definitely stay at their apartments again.

this is a great place to overnight as it's super close to many restaurants, grab delivery has a whole lot of delivery food items available from so many restaurants. within 5minutes short walk to chiang mai bus terminal. easy to get tickets on sight and relaxing before travel. it's really inexpensive so it's not a luxury stop but if your plan is to bus out the next day or so, this location has it all. very nice staff and the location is super quiet at night.

My girlfriend and I had a great time here. The location is really close to Nimman with tons of restaurants close by too. The place was clean and the space was big enough for two. Penny was a great host and went out of her way to help us out when we had a concern. We would recommend!

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. While the location is not that walkable, with a motorbike, it was convenient. I enjoyed doing yoga in the morning sun on the turf next to the pool every morning. While this was only a temporary inconvenience, it is worth mentioning that on five evenings, there was noise from live music performances in the mall's parking lot across the busy road. I appreciate the hospitality of the host and the quality of the accommodation.

Located at Nimman area, there are many shops and mall.

It was so clean, and he gave me a new towel every day:) It was so close to the night market and other things to do so close and it was so nice to get around. And it was located in a quiet place, so there was no motorbike or people noise at all. I was happy to open my eyes to the sound of birds every day. The receptionists were all friendly and I want to visit again. It was so nice to travel comfortably alone

the condo is very nice with a great garden and pool area, the apartment was comfortable and well equipped and the host was very responsive, i would definitely stay there again
