Cozy house at the end of a small, quiet street in a lovely neighborhood. I really love this location, and the friendly ginger cats around make it even better! The house is well-designed and perfect for both short and long stays especially if you're a big company. Great location, walking distance to Nimman One and Maya Shopping Mall, many restaurants around, easy to eat, Tengli Jun Tai North curry rice is very close.

The little white little black tortoises are all very cute!Kiraku is very family, often come to the second floor to find us to play ~ Tina and Tony people are also very good, telling us a lot of good and fun food nearby!The four days of staying here are as good as dreams, and I hope to come again in the future😻

Our stay in Tim and Paul's place was amazing. It has a good kitchen with utensils, the bathroom is big enough, and has a good water pressure. The bed and pillows were very comfy. There's a desk and a office chair to work from. The neighborhood is very quiet, and still with lots of restaurants, scooter rental, massage places... and it's very near to the Maya mall. Absolutely recommend 😊

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The house is large and spacious, but it’s quite far from tourist attractions. The entrance to the alley is a bit deep. If distance isn’t an issue, this is definitely a place worth staying. The owner responds quickly.

We had a great stay at this place. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, and yet not far from restaurants and cafes. The house has a traditional vibe, and it is well-maintained and comfortable to stay in. The garden is huge, and we really enjoy the mountain view there. It is easy to get around and explore places if you have a scooter. We liked this place a lot.

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

This place is amazing. Umy is so helpful & supportive & responsive. She is an amazing host who has made this place with her heart. The house is practical, modern, clean & has everything you need. The swimming pool is beautiful & cleaned regularly. The kitchen has everything you need, infact more than you ever will need. The pool table is like a plus which you can enjoy after swim. Everything that is kept here is of superior quality and Umy takes care of everything from her heart and alwasy available to help you out.

We loved our stay at Kat’s place. We felt at home. We have everything we needed. We were a big group and Kat was able to accommodate us. The pool was a plus. Close to good restaurants and very nice coffee shops. Kat was very helpful and always responsive to all our requests. The house was impeccable and Mr. Pan was amazing. Him and his team prepared a delightful Thai dinner that was delicious. I will definitely recommend Kats place

We’ve used Airbnb for many years and this place is one of our favorites ever!! We originally wanted to rent a house in Chiang Rai after staying in the Nimman area but those plans fell through and we found this fantastic property in the outskirts of City Center and what a treat it was. Nice, peaceful and quiet. A beautiful home with lots of space and a private pool! The location is further out of town and having a car is beneficial. Using grab or taxi service will be needed but we like to do our own excursions at our own time so this was the perfect place to be. The team at Japandi pool villa was very accommodating for our last minute reservation and had the house cleaned as we arrived. Host and cohosts were proactive and sent every detail beforehand so there was no worry or confusion. The beds were on the firm side but dont let that deter you from booking this place. First time in Chiang Mai and we can’t wait to come back to this wonderful place. Thanks for having us!!

Our family of 10 absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The house is modern, spacious, clean, and came equipped with everything we need including a laundry machine and clothes drying area. It was a bit hard to find because GPS couldn’t accurately locate the home. We used the 7-Eleven’s address just down the street to get taxi/grab rides. The house is very close to One Nimman and Maya Mall. Tons of food and shopping options just minutes away. I hope to stay at this home the next time I visit Chiangmai. We really liked Kiri Guesthouse, it combines proximity to urban amenities and proximity to nature. The house with a lot of wood in Thai style is very cozy, it is also very pleasant to dine in the courtyard in the air. The host was super caring and welcoming. There is an excellent massage on site. Junjie is a serious and responsible and thoughtful host! Choosing to stay in his house is a blessing!He met all our needs and imagination!The house is big and looks like Villa is hardware!Okay, the host, Junjie, has soft power and makes the house smell! We overturned the original itinerary and enjoyed every corner and equipment in the house, just like at home! Everyone has different meanings for traveling, telling Junjie Host that he will do his best to make his own travel memory!

We had an awesome stay here — 11 people total in our group and it never felt cramped at all! Plenty of seating and tables and so many restrooms it was very comfortable. The 4 bedrooms are all located upstairs around a seating area, and the downstairs has lots of table space and a decent kitchen. Electronic access/no physical keys made it very easy for the group. The clothes washer dryer combo unit worked very well too. The house is a short walk to a 7-Eleven, which we used often and usually got rides to/from there so they could find us more easily. We would definitely stay here again!
