Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in San Rafael

Bright, spacious, clean, comfortable, great views, private, safe. Jorge and Fernanda are amazing hosts who respond instantly and arranged all transportation I needed. Steps to some of Quito’s best restaurants but also a < 10 minute walk to a major grocery store and the apartment has a great kitchen (induction cooktop, large fridge, pots and pans, utensils). Location is on major city bus routes but also easy for local taxis to locate. Apparently there’s free laundry in the basement (I don’t use it). The building’s gym isn’t much but is private, free, and has 5- 30 lb dumbells. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, highly recommended.

This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! The space is cozy, well-designed, and very clean. The location is great—right in the middle of town, with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I especially appreciated the security; the guard always ensured the place was safe, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, I was really satisfied!

We enjoyed our stay at Gabriel's place, the apartment is well equipped for longer stays, has a washer and dryer, utensils and everything you need to cook your own meals. Good location, safe, great views from the bedroom. Our only slight issue was with the noise at night, as the windows are fancing a busy street. If you are a light sleeper, might wanna grab some earbuds.

Nice apartment, very comfortable and functional. Strategically located in a quiet, quiet, quiet residential area, but very close to public transportation and many nice restaurants. Recommended

Modern apartment with 24 hr security, great location, public transportation easily available. Building had its own electrical generation plant which alleviated stress when daily power outages occurred. Unit was clean and stocked with everything needed for a self sufficient stay. Wifi was great for streaming. Combination washer/dryer is fantastic. Grocery shopping close by. Walking distance to La Corolina and El Ejido parks. We walked to subway system which made repeated access to old town convenient. Host checked in on us and was quick to answer any questions or concerns. She invited us to a community celebration which was a unique and unexpected experience. Tours were available for pick up from Swissotel which was a short walk away. Unit was great for our planed long term stay (unfortunately we had to leave early as Quito altitude was a problem for us). Would highly recommend unit and host.

Andre’s’ apartment was perfect for exploring Parque La Carolina. Very walkable area. The hot water and excellent water pressure was a bonus!

It was a pleasure staying at Yama's home in Quito. The space was beautiful, quiet, and well protected with a security guard at the neighborhood entrance, and Yama was very accommodating. I am happy to find such a lovely home in Ecuador for this visit, happy to stay here again in the future.

The place is very clean, impeccable as in the photos, enjoy 4 days with my family, we were very comfortable, there is the possibility of hiring Blanquita to cook and clean the place and I recommend it 100% worth it, excellent cuisine and has a beautiful attitude, what is worth taking into account is that the value of the accommodation depends on how many people would stay if I would come back and I highly recommend it

Beautiful place we really enjoy it, along with our dogs, very clean in order and nice. Warm welcome and nice farewell. Very friendly hosts. The only thing that wasn't nice was the pyrotechnics at the end of the year, but that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.
