Vacation rentals with a fireplace in San Rafael

The place is very clean, impeccable as in the photos, enjoy 4 days with my family, we were very comfortable, there is the possibility of hiring Blanquita to cook and clean the place and I recommend it 100% worth it, excellent cuisine and has a beautiful attitude, what is worth taking into account is that the value of the accommodation depends on how many people would stay if I would come back and I highly recommend it

Guapulo is the best spot for escaping the big smoke of modern Quito, and Amandine’s place gives you everything you could wish for for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My fav. time of day was 7-9am when the morning sun streams in the windows and the hammock beckons, together with some good music and fresh coffee :)

Highly recommended accommodation! It is in an ideal environment and location to rest and get distracted, it has all the necessary amenities and also several entertainment options to share with family and friends! Communication with the host was very good, always attentive.

We spent New Year’s Eve at Enrique’s house It was amazing, the house is so cozy and feels so personal with all details from Enrique’s family history decorating it. Help provided with the house was also amazing! Would love to come back

Jaime is an awesome host. He made our stay unforgettable as always. He goes above and beyond with our requests. He was responsive, friendly and respectful. We are always glad to stay in that adorable property. I hope the upcoming guest/s are as respectful as we were of his house. Guest/s please treat it as your own home. A few things to improve but nothing major to have a good time and feel like home, definitely a place to go back. The location and peace you can have is unique. As a family of 4 we just enjoyed our time in a cozy house. Also easy to park and no problems while leaving the place or entering.

The apartment is located in a very good sector, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets are close. Everything was very tidy the decoration of the apartment I loved it and has all the amenities TV, kitchen, oven washer and dryer. I would love to come back and stay longer. Tamia behaved amazing, responded quickly and is very friendly. Thank you so much for creating such a welcoming atmosphere.

Spectacular place. Everything is nice, with everything you need and more. My family came out enchanted. Good place to rest and nice view of the city.

Everything is very comfortable! Close to the tourist spots, you could walk if you wanted to go for a stroll, or you could take an Uber if you don't know the city so well, although since it's close and if you like walking with the GPS you'll be fine!!! There are many shops nearby to prepare your meals... I LOVED IT! <3

A beautiful home with incredible views! Close to historic center…. lots to see and do in area. Note: streets are quite steep for those with mobility issues. Extra hospitality with food for a breakfast and pasta dinner….. much appreciated ! A very responsive team from picking us up to dropping us off and anything in between. Thank you Andres, Desiree, Segundo and Rodrigo ( and brother) for looking after us during our stay !

A movie house, inside and out. Very comfortable for a group of several people and located in a quiet area and very good for disconnecting. It has a beautiful view. Its architecture and design make it a welcoming home perfect to spend time as a family. Nothing is missing. Esteban is an excellent host, he was always attentive to our needs, very kind and hospitable as well as Miryam, the cleaner, who was with us all week and I worry that nothing will be missing. An excellent person, very kind. Definitely a 100%recommended experience. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you very much Esteban!

Andres was always responsive and was very flexible with our needs as we were a large group. The space itself is spectacular and the art is insane! Wow, just wow!

The photos don't do this beautiful place justice. The house is very beautiful, the forest is beautiful. Accommodations are ready to use, it is a great place to spend with family and friends cooking something delicious since they have gas stove, wood oven, and grill. On these February dates it is cold, so you have to bring warm clothes, but the fireplace or the jacuzzi heat very well. Communication was very efficient and fast. We hope to visit you again!

Mathieu’s home is a unique piece of art that pictures cannot justify. It is a large, sprawling home above the cafe he runs, which serves awesome Louisiana inspired food. Beyond the large bedrooms and bathrooms, there are many furnished spaces for relaxing, but inside and outside. Right in the heart of old town, you are walking distance to many restaurants and surrounded by beautiful architecture. Mathieu’s was a very welcoming host. He always made sure we had what we needed, and had plenty of recommendations. I will definitely book again next time in Quito.

Absolutely recommended . The house is very unique and the location is superb. The design is right out of an architectural magazine and the decor is very tasteful . The rooms are large and very comfortable . Some have amazing views of the volcanos . The common areas are very cozy and inviting . Wifi worked well and the showers were fantastic . The caretaker/cool are very helpful and friendly and made our stay special . I would definitely come back !

Isabelle and her husband were very welcoming, they listened and did not hesitate to offer their help. Their house is very comfortable and easy to reach by car. I had a very good stay.
