It is a very nice and spacious house. I hope to use it again sometime.

The place is very clean, impeccable as in the photos, enjoy 4 days with my family, we were very comfortable, there is the possibility of hiring Blanquita to cook and clean the place and I recommend it 100% worth it, excellent cuisine and has a beautiful attitude, what is worth taking into account is that the value of the accommodation depends on how many people would stay if I would come back and I highly recommend it

Highly recommended accommodation! It is in an ideal environment and location to rest and get distracted, it has all the necessary amenities and also several entertainment options to share with family and friends! Communication with the host was very good, always attentive.

We spent New Year’s Eve at Enrique’s house It was amazing, the house is so cozy and feels so personal with all details from Enrique’s family history decorating it. Help provided with the house was also amazing! Would love to come back

Beautiful place we really enjoy it, along with our dogs, very clean in order and nice. Warm welcome and nice farewell. Very friendly hosts. The only thing that wasn't nice was the pyrotechnics at the end of the year, but that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.

Jaime is an awesome host. He made our stay unforgettable as always. He goes above and beyond with our requests. He was responsive, friendly and respectful. The apartment was beautiful and we loved the building's amenities. Tamia was great with communication and super responsive to reserve times to use them. She was also very accommodating for any other questions we had. Super thankful and would recommend her apartment!

The location is good, in an old Quito neighborhood, it can be a little dangerous in the evenings. The historic center is walking 7 minutes away and there is a metro stop 10 minutes away. The place was as described and the hosts were friendly.

This place is perfect for a family. It is clear that it is well cared for and comfortable. My family appreciated the 3 bedrooms for privacy and the common spaces for time together. The parking space was very handy as well. Anything you need in a home can be found in this Airbnb. Also, the hosts are very helpful at any hour. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Quito, especially for a longer term stay!

This was an excellent place, beautiful apartment with an incredible balcony and view. It was easily within walking distance of many attractions. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone.

A movie house, inside and out. Very comfortable for a group of several people and located in a quiet area and very good for disconnecting. It has a beautiful view. Its architecture and design make it a welcoming home perfect to spend time as a family. Nothing is missing. Esteban is an excellent host, he was always attentive to our needs, very kind and hospitable as well as Miryam, the cleaner, who was with us all week and I worry that nothing will be missing. An excellent person, very kind. Definitely a 100%recommended experience. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you very much Esteban!

This home is EXTRAORDINARY. We arrived under special circumstances to say the least and given our situation, Carmen and her husband, greeted us with warmth and helped us retrieve our luggage. From that moment on, she was a great host, given us space but also very accommodating to our needs. I cannot thank Carmen and Maria enough for their help in making us meals during our stay. They truly lifted a weight off my shoulders. When traveling as a group of two families with younger children (6), ages ranging from 3 months to 8 years old, as a mom, you have get up earlier than usual to make breakfast before heading on your guided tour. The fact that we were able to wake up, get dressed and head down just to have breakfast (and dinner) ready was such a tremendous help. I’m not used to this so as I try to assist in cleaning up, Maria kindly reminded me that I was on vacation and shouldn’t worry about cleaning up, washing, etc. If you’re ever in Quito, do not doubt in staying here. We loved it!

Beautiful property. All the entertainment is inside the same house so you don't have to go out at all. Unless you want to enjoy the BBQ area that we did if we did. It is cold in the social areas so better to go with clothes for cold, the rooms were well sheltered. The pool and the yacuzzi very good temperature. Not in all the rooms the hot water worked but the other bathrooms could be used. Very nice experience!

Mathieu’s home is a unique piece of art that pictures cannot justify. It is a large, sprawling home above the cafe he runs, which serves awesome Louisiana inspired food. Beyond the large bedrooms and bathrooms, there are many furnished spaces for relaxing, but inside and outside. Right in the heart of old town, you are walking distance to many restaurants and surrounded by beautiful architecture. Mathieu’s was a very welcoming host. He always made sure we had what we needed, and had plenty of recommendations. I will definitely book again next time in Quito.

Isabelle and her husband were very welcoming, they listened and did not hesitate to offer their help. Their house is very comfortable and easy to reach by car. I had a very good stay.

Very nice villa with a beautiful pool and what a pleasure in the evening to come back and be able to relax in the hot tub. Carlos and his wife make good food for us. The landlord is very available and friendly
