Smoking friendly vacation rentals in San Pietro Island

Raffaela's place was just as described - quite spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a useful en suite wc/sink for one of the bedrooms. It's in the newer part of Carloforte just outside the old district, about 6-8 mins walk to cafes, restaurants and maybe a 10 min walk to catch the ferry back to Sardinia or nearby Calasetta. The kitchen was quite well equipped if you want to eat in, with a lovely outdoor eating place. There's no wi-fi or air con but the mobile service was pretty good. Overall, it's a good value, very convenient option if you want to stay on the lovely island of San Pietro. If you don't mind a bit of walking, it's somewhere you can stay without a car and use local buses or bike rental to get to some lovely beaches and beauty spots. Silvia, who took care of us, was very attentive and helpful. She immediately responded to all inquiries and was very helpful with tips on dining and nearby getaways. We visited Porto Paglia in May, which is off-season and were extremely satisfied. The whole neighborhood is full of magical paths for walks, blooming and scented nature, beautiful sunsets, and absolutely empty beaches. If someone is looking for a quiet and welcoming environment right by the sea, then in May this place is absolutely great. The place is well-equipped and clean. A private parking spot is a nice bonus. We were delighted with this property. The air conditioning with the reccords was more than appreciable. Just like the garage (even if you have to operate in reverse to get in). Perfect accommodation for the discovery of southwestern Sardinia (for us arc de Cagliari, to the Spiagga Cala Di Domestica via San Gavino Monreal) - The city of Carbonia offers everything you need, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, daily covered market in addition to the market on Saturday morning, do not miss the Charcoal Mine Museum (visit in French by reservation) . The "bakery" recommended by Annalisa 50 meters from the apartment offers a crazy focaccia, delicious donuts, and very good charcuterie. Only downside, a salad dryer is missing... We could come back to this apartment without any worries. Thanks Annalisa.

We loved Patrizia's place, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay, privacy and she is a wonderful host with a great kindness and very available to help as much as possible. If we go back, we'll go back to her without hesitation

Mrs. Maddalena and mr. Franco were very friendly and hospitable. Their grapes tasted delicious! The house was clean and well arranged. We were amazed by the La Dune beach 10 km away from the house - we rented a scooter for transport (Mrs. Maddalena took us to the rental place). Not only that - our last day was Sunday and since the bus timetables were not optimal Mrs. Maddalena got us a driver that drove us to a train station 26 km away (from where the train took us directly to the airport). Would recommend!

The apartment completely matches what was described, complete with everything, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, parking and air conditioners. Very clean and comfortable for four people. Roberta was very kind, she welcomed us and provided us with a lot of useful information about the area, beautiful. We had a great time!

We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable in this little paradise. The house has a large and well furnished kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a smaller room, as well as a small bathroom. Everything very clean and functional, but not so beneficial for people over 180 cm. The location right on the beach and so close to the water is priceless. Fall asleep to the sound of the sea and wake up, swim, snorkel, walk along the beach for hours, this is pure vacation. There is also a lot to explore in the area, as well as great restaurants, good shopping, everything great. But our highlight was certainly visiting the dolphins on the first day while we enjoyed our aperitifs on the veranda, two animals rummaged in the bay, indescribable. We were there at the end of the season, the bars/cafes on the beach were already closed, people hardly had it anymore. Completely happy we have returned home. THANKS Valentina and Enzo!

Lovely place, Alberto is very quick to communicate Beach a stone's throw from the house, for longer stays is the ideal place. Ten minutes from the ferries and downtown. I would recommend it

Dalia is a exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. Recommended for those who want to spend a few days completely detaching from their daily lives. Francesco and Giulia

Very spacious apartment over 2 floors in the historic old town of Iglesias, yet quietly located. My personal highlight was the upper balcony with a beautiful conservatory with a great view! The apartment was perfectly equipped, it had everything you needed. Francesca was a great host who welcomed us personally - also the communication in advance was fabulous. If we should come back to Iglesias, we'd love to stay with Francesca again!

We were warmly welcomed by Giovanni's parents. The property is paradise. Turtles, parrots, chickens, and cats sweetened our day. The house is very well equipped and clean. Franca and Beniamino give good advice and are present every morning, which we were very pleased. The location is excellent, you can reach the supermarkets and the water very quickly. Portoscuso offers more than it looks at first sight. Overall, highly recommended, we'd love to come back and can't wait to start our stay.

The apartment is restored with great care and attention to detail, in a evocative location in the center of Carloforte just a stone's throw from bars and shops. The owners are very helpful and attentive to every request. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time going to the attractions around the island and definitely good to have a car. If you would’ve had to walk everywhere, the hills would’ve been a challenge for us 70+ year olds. Once we got ourselves to the waterfront, finding parking wasn’t too hard and we enjoyed our gelato and pizza.

We had a good experience with Andrea’s place and communication was great. Beds were comfortable and the location was ideal.

Silvio and Marisol's place was perfect. You feel right at home, as the apartment is fully equipped. The location is just outside Iglesias but the city and the beach are very well and quickly accessible. We felt very comfortable and would always recommend them.

Serenella's place is just amazing! We felt completely comfortable as the apartment was very clean and well equipped. You can easily walk to the center of Portoscuso and the swimming beaches in about 10 minutes. Serenella was a very thoughtful and friendly host who always had helpful and good tips in stock.
