Monthly Rentals in San Nicolas

The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, plus free water, which was a nice bonus. The host was very easy to communicate with, making everything seamless. Staying in a cornfield was such a serene experience, especially with the beautiful sunrise. Great value for a 2BR unit, and we’d definitely stay here again 🤝

Liza was very helpful and considerate host. I could not find the place due to not yet having a sim card for the Philippines to use online navigation. I was able to contact her via telephone and she came and picked me up and drove me to the unit herself. I locked the key inside on the 2nd day and she promptly sent someone over to get me inside.

Place is very near bus station (walking distance) although we brought a car. Place is very quiet and nice, place is actually all for yourself and very cheap!!

Had a great stay at Acasia Inn even just for a night. We felt comfortable staying there, Miss Marj and her staff are all accommodating. Overall we had a good stay at the place.
