Monthly Rentals in San Martino Sulla Marrucina

We were totally delighted with the very quiet location, the great view of the mountains, the large garden, Ms. Isabella is very helpful and always easy to reach, gives great tips about the area. We felt very comfortable. We were in Guardigrele at the end of August and heard the deer roaring at night. Great place to stay 🥰

Our stay in Guardiagrele was magical. The rental truly was our home away from home. It's very cosy, comfortable, and spacious. Having two bathrooms and a washing machine was a plus. The town is beautiful and absolutely everything you need is within walking distance - great restaurants, bakeries, butchers, small goods, farmacias, etc. We highly recommend the cappuccino and pane di stelle cornettos at Cafe Mercato! The local market on Sunday is lovely and you can get a good porchetta sandwich there. It's worth a stop at the local tourist/visitor centre in town, the gentleman there is super friendly and knowledgeable. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.

Nice location to the old city, only a short walk in to pick up your morning caffè, some fruits and vegetables, bread, etc. We had no issues finding parking on the street. Modern and clean apartment. I would definitely stay here again.
