Natasja was very kind. He explained everything very well. The apartment is spotless. Very comfortable, far from downtown but with a bus you can reach it in 10 minutes.

Elena was a really good communicator . The apartment is in a fantastic location- we were able to walk everywhere for sightseeing , restaurants and cafes . The apartment was very clean , tidy and provided everything we required . A brilliant visit to Seville . Thank you. Alison

I love the apartment. I stayed for 6 nights. I felt right at home when I got there. It's like going home and unpacking my stuffs. It looks exactly like the photos. It is walking distance to almost all the places worth visiting. A lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There's also rental bicycles around the corner. 2 local bars downstairs (which gets noisy during lunch and dinner). The bar can get quite noisy on some nights until around midnight. The bedroom is towards the other end, so it didn't bother me. The other noises which sometimes distracted me is the neighbours opening and closing doors. There's a paella restaurant across the street, which is very good and a little fruit store on the corner. The kitchen is good for minor cooking - I would suggest the host to prepare some cooking oil and other essential condiments required for cooking. I had to buy my own cooking oil, balsamic, herbs and olive oil. Communication with host is perfecto. I would highly recommend.

We are very grateful to Francisco for his hospitality, he was always available, which was very important. The apartment is in a good area, we only walked to all the attractions. The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay, even a shopping cart. Shop 50 m from the apartment, supermarket Dia, you can also walk to Markedona. Very quiet at night, lovely sleep. We were in March, it was not hot, but thanks to the location of the apartment, I think in summer it will not be as hot. There were no issues during our stay. We recommend.
