Vacation rentals with a patio in San Juan Beach

A very spacious apartment, and secured most of all. Wonderful beach location, and abundant in fresh air. A peaceful place to unwind. Sir Neil and family are lovely people. Though we didn’t came much into contact with them, they are always ready for care and assistance when needed. The last bit of the road to the apartment compound is still raw and rough but other than that, it’s all still worth it.

Everyone is accommodating especially Kuya Jonathan. The place is peaceful and private, away from all the city noises. The place is very clean also. It was definitely a relaxing stay for us and for our fur babies too.

Got a little lost going there since it's a little hard to find. But the staff are very attentive and helpful all throughout our 6-nights stay. The place is huge and complete with kitchen utensils. You can buy groceries from the nearby mall (Robinsons) and cook inside the unit. The only thing missing is a tv..it's nice to relax sometimes watching a movie after a long day. The beachfront is really the reason I booked this property and it did not disappoint. It's far from the flock of tourists so you can enjoy some alone time here. The wifi is reliable and the two rooms, though with no a/c unit is still comfortable.

The house is so spacious!!! It has everything you could need. The kitchen, social area and the rooms are perfect! has a drying area for clothes and a lot of sitting space. The house had space to park the car and to sit outside. The bathroom has a shower separate from the toilet and its very convenient. The bedrooms had AC and the beds were comfortable. There was a lot of space to put luggage and alot of outlets . The place is walking distance from great restaurants and a 7 Eleven. At night it's very safe and quiet. It was easy to find transportation nearby.

It was a great place overall! Very modern, spacious, very close to the beach and amenities. The only three negatives I would say objectively speaking of the place are 1) I wish there was a tv. Even though we wouldn’t spend our Time there watching tv, it’d be nice to have something on in the background. 2) towels were provided as well as hand soap. But no body wash , conditioner or shampoo. These are relatively inexpensive, but I feel would have been nice to include 3) the bathroom smelled really bad (drainage on the floor which leads to sewage). I believe it is a la union problem and not a property issue, as people I was with had mentioned similar problem with different airbnbs they had stayed at)… some potpourri, febreeze air freshener or even baking soap provided in room would have made a big difference. Aside from these minor issues, everything else was great and I would give 5/5! Thanks for the great stay!

Great location and incredible ocean views! Dozens of restaurants within easy walking distance. And it’s only a few steps to the ocean. On top of that the space was perfect! the interior was jaw dropping! Comfortable beds, very good kitchen with everything we wanted, and lots of areas inside and out for relaxing and socializing—or just for reading and enjoying the view!

I appreciated the location's peacefulness, tidiness, and warmth. I will certainly arrange to stay here again.

Such a spacious and beautiful house for the family. Plenty of beds and spacious space for everyone. Stayed overnight before our trip to Vigan and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Charrie’s mom was very nice, and accommodating helped us during our check in. She was so sweet and kind. Thankyou po. Once again, Charrie’s place is highly recommended

Host is very accommodating and responsive during our reservation up until we reached the villa. We were amazed of how the villa was arranged - it looks small outside but was actually huge inside. All things are neat and clean. They also have indoor and outdoor kitchen, you can even grill if you love to. Comfort rooms have bidet. And there is a garage if you asked. All in all we had a great vacation- staycation in Serendipity Villa. We will for sure go back in this place if we visit LU.

Could accommodate multiple people and is very spacious. The linen provided as well definitely felt washed and clean ❤️ Host is extra nice and very responsive. We felt very safe and assured. He is approachable and can be easily accessed for whatever needs we may have. I love how everywhere you go it was nice and cool as there was air conditioning through out the home. Would love to stay again at a lesser hectic time as we were not able to appreciate the places near the Airbnb that much. Loved the host’s restaurant recommendations tho. Thank you so much again sir Neil for letting us stay in your humble home. Hope we could come back soon ❤️

Aginana is true to its name - you can really rest and enjoy the beautifully designed home. The owners and manager were kind very hands on. The staff were all polite and helpful. I cannot praise them enough because they really made our stay comfortable. The villa we stayed at looked and smelled so clean. It was really nice that they have a pool and that they have their own restaurant that served yummy food!

We absolutely loved our stay! ♡ The place was so beautiful and it was just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed plus the host, Tarish, was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly spot!

Place is wonderful! Very very spacious, very large open area and ample parking space. Few minutes walk to the beach that's not crowded. Very cozy and very private place. Worth every peso i guarantee. Will definitely save this for future trips!!

Choosing Casa Dreaming was one of the best decisions we made in planning our LU outing. It fit all of us cousins in one house and provided us easy access to a clean beach. Everything was superb from comfortable rooms with CR each to balconies with perfect views, to big common areas for chilling. Honestly, most corners of the house are very picturesque so even without a scheduled activity, anyone could just go around and take photos for fun. Having a nice place to stay is not the only reason why Casa Dreaming is so nice. The owners themselves (Jek and Steffi) are the very reason you should choose this Airbnb. They are very accommodating and patient to all our requests/questions. Other than the owners, the Airbnb staff (Bim) was also very kind to us. Great service was provided to us by Bim even outside Casa Dreaming and when we accidentally left items in the house, he made sure to give it back to us. Will definitely recommend this place especially for big groups! You’ll enjoy for sure!
