Vacation rentals with beach access in San Juan Beach

the view from deck which was exclusive to our room was stunning. located in a peaceful residential area. with secured parking. highly recommended for home-working and pure relaxation.

Our recent stay was truly exceptional! The beachfront location provided breathtaking ocean views and immediate access to the pristine shores, making it a perfect retreat for beach lovers. The property was equipped with all the amenities we could ask for, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. From the well-appointed kitchen to the cozy bed spaces. What truly set this stay apart was the outstanding hospitality. The host and caretaker were incredibly friendly and responsive, promptly addressing any questions we had.

The place is nice and all, described at the picture. My friends loved the sofa, all i can really complain tho is i wish theres a sign because google maps or apple maps has no markers for it at the time of our stay and also the stairs climbing up was kinda narrow but not the end of the world for me. I had the a great time and spot is close to everything so it was actually nice.

Got a little lost going there since it's a little hard to find. But the staff are very attentive and helpful all throughout our 6-nights stay. The place is huge and complete with kitchen utensils. You can buy groceries from the nearby mall (Robinsons) and cook inside the unit. The only thing missing is a tv..it's nice to relax sometimes watching a movie after a long day. The beachfront is really the reason I booked this property and it did not disappoint. It's far from the flock of tourists so you can enjoy some alone time here. The wifi is reliable and the two rooms, though with no a/c unit is still comfortable.

Price of the accommodation was reasonable considering it’s beachfront which is a great plus.

We had a pleasant stay at Mark’s Penthouse. We celebrated our New Year there and Mark had been very responsive and accommodating to our needs. I definitely recommend his place to everyone.

Pros: - Clean bathroom with heated shower and bidet - Clean kitchen with basic cooking utensils - Closest beach is not too crowded Cons: - No TV inside the unit - Aircon is a bit weak to reach the loft area Overall a comfortable stay. Thank you for hosting us!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb property from Jan 24 to 26! The space is incredibly spacious, perfect for a large group. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there’s plenty of parking available. Ms. Jean, the host, was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all our needs—she really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach and all the lively party spots. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

We stayed her for a weekend, to celebrate my mother-inlaws birthday. Friendly host and workers that made us feel welcomed and home. Clean and well equipped fasility. Great looking garden that has been taken well cared for, perfect for pictures. the pool is a great asset when gathering outside, even in the evening. Reccomend for a family weekend and different occations.

We enjoyed our overall stay at Alex's place. It was very spacious, clean, and the surroundings was peaceful. The place was easy to find, and we had a smooth check-in process as well. I would also like to commend the internet connection. I had to log in for work our first day, and the internet did not let me down. We had a very relaxing time in the premise. We'd definitely recommend this to our peers!

The place was wonderful—well-equipped with everything we needed, including blankets and towels for each person! The house was spacious enough for our group of 8, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. They even allowed us an early check-in for some additional fee, which was greatly appreciated. They also had parking space. The only downside was that it’s about 1km from the main center and restaurants, but there’s a quieter beach nearby, away from the crowds. but there are plenty of trikes in the area for easy transportation. Overall, a fantastic stay—definitely 5 stars. Thank you so much!

Had a quiet and pleasant stay at Gianni’s. Pool is very clean and refreshing to dip in. House feels more spacious when compared to its pictures. Beach is only a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend if you want a quiet accomodation away from the hustle and bustle of San Juan proper. Thank you :)

Already planning future stays in this place. It was very cozy and felt like I was staying somewhere familiar. The place looked and smelled clean because it was! Utensils are available to use, towels, toiletries, etc. The home owners gave us space when it was time to check in which we appreciated. Love this house so much! Can't wait to be back. ❤️

Hello po, sorry to write a review this late. The place was very like home, and the amenities are complete, just like in the description. The owner is very responsive to all my questions and requests. They accompanied us every time. And Very suitable for a group of friends or family. 

Worth the stay, very affordable and friendly host.

Loved our stay here. It was just a few minute drive to San Juan but just perfect to give you that peace and quiet from all the busy party places in La Union. The place looks exactly like how it is in the photos. We specially love the balcony and beach access, we enjoyed a quick run in the morning. Carol was very clear with her instructions, and she was always available to communicate. Overall, it was such an enjoyable experience and we’d definitely book again the next time we visit La Union!

Tim's place is great! Really clean and spacious great for friends and small familes! Kitchen is packed with utencils and kitchen ware, airconditioning is very cold, towels were abundant and the condo was spotless when we arrived! Fairly private setting, with your own designated parking spot! My friends and I enjoyed this stay alot, and will make sure to book this place again! 🙌🏼

I suggest you provide a folding chair that guest may use if they want to visit the beach for the sunset view and taking in the elyu vibe.
