Monthly Rentals in San Juan Antiguo

Had a great stay. Responsive hosts, clear instructions, and zero issues with amenities over our three nights. The location is basically unbeatable if you're staying with no car - Everything in Old San Juan is walkable (as is Escambron beach), and it's under a minute walk from Plaza Colón which is the standard pickup point for Uber and tours. Being an interior room, there's also minimal light/sound/airflow bleed from the outside, so it was easy to keep cool and sleep at night. Also means no windows/balcony, but as someone who prefers to spend most waking hours exploring the town & island, that was perfectly acceptable.

Hector's place is in the perfect location - close enough to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. And Hector is great to communicate with, made sure we had everything we needed. He was kind enough to let us store our bags after check out when we had a late flight. I can't imagine a better place to stay in the heart of Old San Juan. We will definitely return!

Stayed for 3 days, 2 nights. Superb location and quiet despite where the space sits. Room was surprisingly larger than expected. Everything needed was available, washer and warm water was a major plus. Cyrus was laid back, friendly, informative, helpful, and flexible. Loved how antique the space is. I enjoyed my stay very much!

Manuel was an amazing host. We felt right at home. It is situated right in the heart of old San Juan. The space was super clean and spacious! The kitchen had everything we needed including coffee and water. We slept really well without noise interruption, and stayed cool with the AC. There was a power outage in the area, but lucky for us Manuel has a back up generator so we were not affected by this. Bathroom was spacious and there is a walk in closet to organize your things. Additionally, he was very kind to house some of our luggage after we checked out since our flight was later in the day. Overall would come back again!
