Dakota was fantastic! Love the location in relation to beaches and local restaurants and shops.

We rented this for family members who were in town. It was absolutely perfect. They loved it and it had everything they needed for their stay. I will definitely use this house next time I have guests in town. Thank you so much.

The house was perfect for our work crew, there were 6 of us and we all fit comfortably. The garage was big enough to fit our trailer and all 5 trucks inside. I could see how this would be a great location for fishing as well, it was 30 minutes from Port A as well as Chorpus.

Stayed here for my 30th Birthday Trip and it did not disappoint! The space was just as pictured. The beach chairs supplied were great and we loved the board games! Location: The house is off of a back road that connects into town. It was a quiet neighborhood during our stay. Keep in minds: The main bedroom’s bathroom is very small but with the larger bathroom, it worked for our party of four. Toilet paper and trash bags were not supplied so be sure to bring those. Overall we loved our stay and made the best memories there! Linda was responsive and very helpful throughout our time in Port A.

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving Week stay at the property. Lighted pier was a real attraction. Three bedrooms, and a day bed in the living room. Lots of stuff one can use to entertain yourself or use to go fishing. Recommend this property if you want a quiet, safe place to get away.

Location is great - house is clean and well stocked. Used as a base for Rockport-Fulton, Aransas National Wildlife Refuge, Port Aransas and Corpus Christi. Fenced in backyard perfect for our pooch. Would definitely stay here again if we travel back to the area!

Took some time to get check in email with the door code so I had to wait almost 40 mins for them to contact me with the door code but the house was nice and comfortable. Pool was nice and fresh but there were lots of black ants around the pool. But my family and I had a great time and it was relaxing.

The house was fantastic, the yard was fantastic, our stay was fantastic. Darla was super responsive to our questions and had really good suggestions.

We had a great time! Location and space were ideal. Loved having the golf cart. Heated pool was perfect for November.

Great place to stay. We loved the layout that slept our teens perfectly. Well equipped kitchen to cook our Thanksgiving meal. It got chilly while we were there so the hot tub was great!

The location was great. The family loved the pool and having a golf cart available was wonderful. When we had a few issues they were taken care of. We loved the pool, the kids felt like they were in a giant hot tub. Well worth spending the extra on heating it.

We enjoyed our stay, surrounding area is beautiful, short walk to the beach. Very quiet place.

Upon arrival we were in awww of the view. This location is prime & super safe. Theres plenty of outdoor seating in & all around the gorgeous pool with waterfall/lights. Picnic tables for guys to prepare the poles for the fishing. The deck even had a green glow light which made night fishing much more enjoyable. This place has 2 kitchens. One is located upstairs and the other is downstairs. The one downstairs has that big open bar door so you can be cooking & preparing food while not missing out on all the fun going on outside. That’s great because who wants to be upstairs and feel left out. 5 clean bedrooms…one is very private downstairs. It has doors to keep closed so if you want to keep that kitchen open, the air stays In tv room & bed room. Both kitchens have Utensils, plates, coffeepot, stovetop ovens & refrigerators. Bedrooms are nice and stairs going to 2nd floor are easy to climb. Nothing like the ones I’m use to climbing that leave me breathless. Had a blast!

Keith was such a great host! He was so easy to work with, responsive, and very friendly. The place had tons of space for sleeping and the pool was a nice little feature that we didn’t realize we would utilize as often as we did. Thank you Keith for hosting such a great place!

Amazing house. So well detailed with everything you could possibly want. Host was so responsive and friendly. We will make this one of our main stays!

Take the kids get away from the busy world and just relax. Fantastic backyard ran around with my kids. Great space simple and it was exactly what the family needed. We decided to have Christmas here I highly recommend it! The whole neighborhood was peaceful ran into a few neighbors while on walks some of the nicest folks. The host was wonderful with communication and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend!

This is my favorite place stay in Rockport! The location & view are fabulous. Has everything you need for your to stay, especially if enjoy to cooking.

A very pretty little bungalow and the hosts were very gracious with hosting me on short notice. The location also gave me a chance to explore multiple beaches and state parks while I was in the area.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay so much! Very clean, well stocked, private and quiet. Easy access to things in Rockport. We certainly would stay again and hope we can do so soon! Thank you, Candice!

Great place to stay first time visiting rock port! Wasn’t too far from everything. Love to cook and kitchen had everything I needed to do so.

I booked here to see the Whooping Cranes across the field. Absolutely did NOT disappoint! The flew over our place every morning I was there making their noises and I could walk onto my patio with (and without!) my binoculars to see them in the fields! I loved the 2 different temperature adjustments in the bedroom and living room, the bed was super comfortable and they left everything you could think of that you would need away from home. I will be back!
